APARTMENT T5 COLLIOURE CLOSE TO SHOPS AND BEACH VERY COMFORTABLE
very large apartment for a family of 8 people located very close to the city center and the beach (about 5 minutes walk) in a quiet area on the first floor. The apartment has 4 independent rooms equipped with two beds of 160, a bed of 140, a sofa bed of 140 and 1 BB bed as well as large built-in cupboards in each room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a worktop and a large closet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hood, fridge-freezer, toaster and all necessary utensils, ...). The living room dining room is equipped with a sofa 3 places, 2 armchairs, a chair relax, air conditioning, a table with extension for 8 people, a television, .... A small balcony / terrace is equipped with a coffee table and 2 chairs. A DVD player and a TV are available in one room. A washing machine and a drying rack are in the cellar. Board games, books, beach toys, electric barbecue are available. there is possibility to park next to the building (weekly charge card in summer)

Très bon emplacement. A moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre de Collioure Quartier calme. Appartement conforme à la description.La climatisation rafraîchit très bien la pièce principale mais peu les chambres surtout celle proche de l'entrée. Il faut dormir les portes de chambres ouvertes pour avoir la climatisation. La plaque de cuisson trop longue pour cuire. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. La personne qui nous a accueilli, est adorable et disponible si besoin. Le gros point fort est l'emplacement et le calme.

Appartement très bien situé en très bon état, proche de centre ville. T5 propre, fonctionnel et très agréable (climatisation +++). Fidèle à l'annonce. Suggestion : manque vraiment le WIFI car la 4G ou 5G de la localisation est quasi-inexistante. Un renouvellement général de la vaisselle serait le bienvenu Merci pour cette belle prestation Me@M ROCHE et pour le "dogfriendly"

L'appartement est bien situé on a pu se balader dans collioure et aller aux plages, au marché sans prendre une seule fois la voiture. l'appartement est très agréable même s'il n' y a pas de vue uniquement sur la rue.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé ! Bien que tout près de la gare il est très bien insonorisé. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Ses chambres sont spacieuses nous y avons passé une semaine avec enfants, parents et grands parents tout le monde est ravi ! Il est proche du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pieds! Collioure est une ville magnifique, nous retenons cette adresse ! Et nous vous la conseillons !

Nous venons de passée une semaine en famille (filles et petites filles) et ce fut bien agréable dans cette appartement, ont se sent vraiment bien , il est très fonctionnel , propre et pratique , pas loin du centre ville .Nous n'avons pas utiliser la voiture de la semaine .Nous avons apprécier d'avoir la clim.Il est très bien insonorisé . Vraiment je le conseillerais .
