The check in process is ridiculous. The perk of VRBO is that you don’t have to deal with a controlling host who insists on being there for check in. In this case, he requires it and got upset when we couldn’t nail down an exact time of arrival. In a “no pet property” I would have anticipated the table cloth wouldn’t have pet hair all over it (kinda gross).I attached the list of rules. It’s a little absurd. Including fees for using firewood… but don’t worry, the locked fireplace makes that difficult anyway. Overall: the proper is fine, clean (other than the gross tablecloth), and organized. It’s just that communication sucked and the owner is a bit too “attentive” for a VRBO.

This was a super cute and comfortable cabin. It had everything we needed. Plenty of parking outside. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood. Inside, there is tons of seating and direct tv. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. We really enjoyed this cute cabin. The only thing I would suggest is to remember to bring shampoo and conditioner. Besides that, we were set.

Beautiful Family Weekend

What a wonderful home to have a family get together! Plenty of space for 8 people to sleep and all the amenities (I personally always check out the coffee pot!). Owners are genuinely lovely folks - you must call for check in because they actually care about the property and may meet you at check in to give you the key. ENJOY!!!

Gorgeous Country

House was immaculate, which was very important to us at this time. House is very well stocked. The small local general store has all the essentials and is very helpful with information. The area is beautiful and if you can bring boat/ATV you will have a blast. We were completely off grid as our phones (verizon and ATT) had no service. We were fine with this and actually enjoyed it, but it is something you should know upfront. Other people were using phones so maybe Sprint works in that area. Beautiful area and we will be back.

We did not get to stay we were double-booked and the communication between the check-in process was horrible I should have been notified we were double-booked when I checked in because my name is not same name as the woman who is checked in the same dates as we were in our confirmation number is different on vrb. Still waiting on a refund

Lovely get away cabin

Clean and very well taken care of regarding COVID-19. Only downfall was the sprinklers going off every morning at 9 am drowning the grass and anywhere we sat. If they changed the sprinklers to go off in the middle of the night, the place would have perfect!

Fantastic Stay

Cabin is exactly as described, very clean very well taken care of. Cheryl was very nice and courteous. Thank you for letting me and my wife use your cabin. By the way while we we're out on the UTV we saw many deer and actually saw a bear had a blast. Thanks again.

Mostly satisfied

The property is immaculate. The rules are strenuous to the point that you are uncomfortable. Pine is beautiful and the location is great. The check in process is odd as they take you to the home and you don't have directions or an address. It's been 10 days and I haven't received my deposit. I emailed at 7 days requesting it and haven't heard.

Great family weekend

It has been years since I have been to Pine and it has really changed. The cabin was awesome! Very clean, comfortable and had everything you would ever need. We loved it and our kids did as well. I would highly recommend!
