Weg van alles met een uitweg naar dit prachtige stadshuis. Vier slaapkamers op drie niveaus, elk met een luxe kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer. Geschikt voor acht. 6-persoonsbubbelbad op het balkon. Het uitzicht op Byers Peak en sommige gedeeltelijke uitzichten op Winter Park Resort zijn echt spectaculair in de prachtige Rocky Mountains.

Gelegen in het prachtige noordwesten van Colorado, verscholen tussen groenblijvende bomen, heeft u in de winter voldoende toegang tot skipistes en in de zomer wandelpaden.

Vakantie in luxe met eersteklas meubilair en alle voorzieningen die u ooit nodig zou kunnen hebben, waaronder vloerverwarming, een bubbelbad voor zes personen en een autogarage.

Op het lagere niveau is een slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een badkamer met dubbele wastafels en een vrijstaande betegelde douche. Er is een wasmachine en droger op dit niveau in aanvulling op kaartenbakken voor al uw spullen en de garage.

Het hoogste niveau is waar u de prachtige woon- en eetkamer en keuken zult vinden. Gewelfde plafonds met gele muren en donker hout, en een kamerhoge stenen open haard maken dit bijzonder warm en gezellig. High-definition tv en surround sound maken dit gebied compleet. Wifi is gratis!

De keuken is warm en uitnodigend met houten kasten, tegelvloer en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Gasgrill is op het dek naast de keuken.

Eigen bubbelbad iemand? Ruimte voor zes. Deze kamer bevindt zich op het balkon op het hoogste niveau met uitzicht op het skigebied Winter Park.

Een andere master suite bevindt zich op het hoogste niveau. De eigen badkamer heeft ook een verbinding met de grote woonkamer.

Ga de mooie trap op naar het derde niveau. Nog twee prachtige master suites en een eigen badkamer.

Dit elegante stadshuis ligt dicht bij alles. Het ligt direct aan de skibusroute naar Winter Park Ski Resort. Het is slechts vijf mijl naar Winter Park en 15 mijl naar Ski Granby Ranch. Fraser heeft ook tubingopties, van de Historic Tubing Hill tot de heuvel in het nabijgelegen Colorado Adventure Park.

Zomer is spectaculair om te wandelen, fietsen en vissen.

Very nice!

Two families with teens stayed here for a ski trip. Location is great. Property was extremely nice and clean. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing condo

We have a great stay at this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious and so comfy. We had 8 people stay and no one felt cramped. The winter park lift is such an easy walk from this location. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing. Easy 10 minute drive to the mountain. We love the hot tub, lots of space and everyone has a king bed! Well stocked and appreciate having access to the garage.

Amazing home!

Great location, layout worked well for our family of 7 and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. Only critique is only one TV in home. With kids it was tough not being able to send to their room to watch their shows to rest after a day of skiing. Humidifiers in each room was a nice touch and got used nightly…thanks!

Perfect Mountain and Ski Get Away

This place is exactly what you think of when you think mountain and ski get away. 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and 4 bathrooms is SOOOOO hard to find but this place has it all. Everyone was so comfortable with their own space. The place is spotless clean, has everything you need and more. The hot tub is incredible and its so close to both Grocery store and the ski resort. We will be back many times in the near future.

perfect mountain escape

The perfect winter park house for families and friends

Traci was very responsive and easy to work with. This house is fantastic! Every single bedroom fees like a master bedroom, I've stayed in the winter park area many times and never found a better house for all parties to feel equal with king sized beds and double vanities in every bedroom! The location is fantastic, less than 15 minutes from winter park and it has a convenient bus stop right outside to avoid parking during ski season, we even had a moose walk through the neighborhood!

Family Christmas Vacation

We rented Traci’s beautiful home for our Christmas vacation! Our adult children/spouses and our grandchild! We each had our own amazing room and bathroom attached ! The views were amazing! We were across highway to tubing, supermarket and restaurants! We went snowmobiling only 15 minutes away as well as Winter park resort for ski/snowboarding lessons! Absolutely wonderful home and location! Traci is a joy to work with! We would recommend this property to all! Thank you Traci for a wonderful experience! 😊

Barbecue grill and balconies

Great bedrooms but balconies very small for the number of folks we had. The barbecue grill needs to be replace and we were disappointed because we couldn’t figure out how to light it and with the gas turned on and with the gas fumes we gave up. We were looking forward to grilling out on the Fourth of July and that didn’t happen. Other then this everything was very nice and great location.

Birthday Retreat

My son turned 21 and this was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We are not the bar scene/party type of crew. We were looking for relaxation, space and quality family time, that’s exactly what we found. Space to spread out, yet gather for meals, close to town, yet in the mountains and something that was comfortable for my daughter to relax with a brand new baby. There were 8 adults and one infant. The benefit of huge rooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with each made everyone feel comfortable. Though, we only used the hot tub once it was so clean and relaxing. After checkout, my daughter realized she had forgot her Boppy(nursing pillow) the owner was quick to respond and help remotely to get this back to us immediately. I can say the WHOLE experience was just what we needed to create memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you

Fantastic Retreat Location

We had four couples that stayed at this beautiful home. With four master bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each, this was perfect. We cooked our meals in and had everything needed for making some fantastic meals. The hot tub while the snow was coming down was just the icing on the cake. The location was an easy drive to Winterpark, easy drive to Fraser and very close to the grocery store. Oh and the sledding hill right across the highway from the grocery store was a blast as well. All of the logistics were very simple and communications with Traci was easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!
