Casa Zahora - Pool & SPA, 700 meters to beach - Extended families' first choice!

La ubicación es sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes de Casa Zahora, ya que se encuentra a un breve paseo de una de las mejores playas de la Costa de la Luz.

Vivir en Zahora cuenta con veinte restaurantes a poca distancia y una estupenda playa con un arrecife protector ideal para familias con niños.

La villa está dividida en una casa principal y un anexo, situados en un amplio jardín abierto. Una gran piscina de agua salada, instalaciones de spa y aire acondicionado, tanto frío como calor, hacen de esta una casa confortable tanto en verano como en invierno.

La casa principal tiene un total de 3 dormitorios con 8 camas, en nuestra opinión el "nivel de confort" es de 6 personas, dependiendo de la composición del grupo de viaje. El salón es de planta abierta y la cocina está totalmente equipada con, entre otras cosas, lavavajillas. En el patio trasero, justo al lado de la entrada de la cocina, encontrará una parrilla de gas para comidas rápidas y fáciles cuando el clima o el tiempo hagan que sea menos interesante utilizar la cocina del jardín o la parrilla de carbón en la terraza de la azotea sobre el anexo.

En el anexo hay espacio para 4 personas, un baño con ducha y una cocina sencilla que ofrece opciones para bebidas frías y calientes. Encima del anexo hay una terraza en la azotea parcialmente cubierta con chimenea, barbacoa amurallada y una hermosa vista.

La pérgola proporciona sombra durante el día y calor por la noche y contiene una cocina al aire libre, un banco de "relax" y un gran comedor. La cocina al aire libre está equipada con un horno de leña para pizza, una parrilla kamado, fogones de gas, fregadero y frigorífico.

Las instalaciones de spa se componen de sauna y bañera de agua caliente y fría, así como una ducha de jardín protegida con agua caliente y fría con un lavabo y un inodoro adyacentes. Una bolsa de leña por semana para usar en la sauna (posiblemente en las chimeneas o en el horno de pizza) está incluida en el alquiler. Junto con la piscina, estas instalaciones garantizan el disfrute y la recreación al aire libre en cualquier clima durante todo el año.

Zahora es un pequeño "pueblo" con alrededor de 400 hogares. Aproximadamente la mitad de ellos son residentes permanentes, mientras que la otra mitad se compone principalmente de españoles que tienen sus casas de vacaciones aquí. Conil y Vejer son las ciudades pequeñas más cercanas y ambas están a unos 10 minutos en coche.

La Costa de la Luz es auténticamente española; solo se ha llevado a cabo un desarrollo limitado en relación con el turismo después de que estuviera disponible un nuevo plan de zonificación en Andalucía. Por lo tanto, las playas de un kilómetro de largo, que se consideran entre las mejores playas de Europa con su arena blanca y fina y agua limpia y clara, también podrán recibir a los turistas en el futuro sin edificios dominantes.

Great property, fantastic location

The property is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of Zahora beach, one of the best beaches in this area, and close to some really good restaurants. The grounds of the property really make this place great, with a choice of barbecue areas, dining and relaxing spots, and a much needed swimming pool on a hot day. The agency always responded promptly to our questions, and the cleaner was very helpful and friendly too! We had a great time and if we come back to this area, we would stay here again.

Lovely house near the sea

Good communication with the owner, house is 10mins walk from a fantastic beach. This place has everything you need, pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen and 3 barbecues

Holiday dream

We stayed in this lovely house and annex with 6-7 adults in February. Our group enjoyed really enjoyed dips in the saltwater pool, followed by warming up in the sauna. Grilling and hanging out in the room on top of the annex at night was quite memorable, as we could see the stars and the lighthouse beam sweeping across the sky. This is our third time in the region, and Zahora has been our favorite location yet. Much of this beach town was closed up for winter, though the nearby camping store is open for groceries and firewood. There’s also wonderful covered Mercado in nearby Barbate, in addition to bigger grocery stores. We especially enjoyed running on the nearby beach with its tide pools and wild waves, and the relative ease with which we could access hikes and assorted day trips. We made so many good memories in Casa Martin. From cooking pizza in the garden to sunsets on the beach, we would consider returning to this very house again!

Location and outdoor lifestyle makes this property

We had a wonderful stay at this property with friends. I have given it three stars as the house is basic inside but the outdoor facilities makes up for this. The outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven and BBQ was excellent and the sauna and outdoor bathroom is brilliant. Great location near shops, restaurants and beach bars. This is the third year in a row and would highly recommend Zahora.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung

Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung und bietet wirklich alles was man möchte und braucht. Bei uns ist leider gleich am ersten Tag die Waschmaschine kaputt gewesen, doch die Servicestelle in Conil hat uns super weitergeholfen und 2 Tage später einen Techniker vorbeigeschickt. Leider waren bei unsrer Ankunft die Betten nicht bezogen und mussten das selbst erledigen doch insgesamt kann man das Haus und die Lage weiterempfehlen, weil auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter echt super war und uns gut weitergeholfen hat. lg Stefan

Fantastic villa in a superb location.

We had a great 2 weeks at this property. The house was really clean and well - equipped and really spacious.The outside kitchen just made cooking and relaxing even better - we cooked almost exclusively outside. When we didn’t want to cook, we were literally minutes away from lots of fantastic bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic family holiday at Casa Martin 30 June - 14 July 2018

The property was so much more than we had hoped for accommodating our party of 12 perfectly. It was well equipped with everything we needed and had a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed every aspect - the beautiful pool, spa, sauna and barbecue and bar area and the outdoor shower and toilet was handy with our big numbers. The location was great with easy access beaches restaurants bars and shops a short walk or drive away and large supermarket and fun shopping in nearby Conil. Hopkins family New Zealand

Nog beter dan verwacht!

Het is een heel fijn huis, dat in werkelijkheid nog een stuk beter is dan wij hadden verwacht. In het echt is het mooier, beter en ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over een zeer uitgebreide keuken. De buitenkeuken is misschien nog wel beter met o.a. een barbecue (Kamado), pizza/hout oven (5 Minuti) en een koelkast. Het zwembad is ruim en bevat geen chloor, wat erg fijn is. Ook is er een hot tub, wat best lekker kan zijn als het toch aan de frissere kant is (ook 's avonds). Daarnaast is er buiten een ruime sauna (welke wij zelf niet gebruikt hebben) en douche beschikbaar. Het dakterras van het bijgebouw verzekert je van extra zon en een uitzicht op zee. Het strand is dichtbij op loopafstand. In de direct omgeving zijn er kleine winkeltjes/supermarktjes en gezellige restaurants met goed eten. Kortom, wij konden weinig meer wensen in de week dat wij daar verbleven, het was geweldig.

Excellent property - good location

Schönes Haus - gute Lage

Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Restaurants und der schöne,breite Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Haus und Garten sind perfekt bei schönem Wetter. Outdoorküche, Garten-Sauna mit Dusche und Toilette , Pool mit vielen Liegen und ein weiterer Aussengrill hinter der Küche laden zum Auffenthalt im Freien ein. Zudem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großem Kamin ist sehr gemütlich. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im EG sind mit einem kleinen (ca.1;50m) Doppelbett bzw. Mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Auf der geschlossenen Galerie befindet sich ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit einem weiteren (schmalen ca. 1,50m) Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Räume sind mit eigenen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Betreuung vor Ort (in Conil) war sehr gut! Wir waren sehr zufrieden — wenn überhaupt würden wir uns bequemere und breitere Betten wünschen.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus

Es ist alles wie beschrieben - keine leeren Versprechungen. Pool und Haus waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Eigentümer (Norweger) ist sehr nett und meldet sich auch immer gleich. Vor Ort kümmert sich ein Büro um alle Belange. Das hat auch alles sehr gut funktioniert und sogar deutschsprachig (obwohl es auch in englisch kein Problem gewesen wäre). Wir waren mit zwei Familien - also mit 8 Personen vor Ort (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder/Jugendliche). Die Kinder hatten im Garten genug Platz zum Spielen und toben. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt - sogar WLAN. Der Ort selbst besteht eigentlich nur aus Ferienhäuser. Es gibt nur zwei Campingplätze. Dort kann man auch einkaufen (gut zu Fuß erreichbar). Große Ferienanlagen sucht man vergebens. Es sind 15min zu Fuß zum Strand, was uns aber egal war, da wir eh mit den Surfbrettern und Mietwagen immer unterwegs waren. Sonst ist es eine sehr schöne Ecke von Spanien mit schönen weissen Dörfern und fast ausschliesslich spanischen Urlaubern.

Just Exquisite

There is nothing more to say than absolutely PERFECT, pure bliss. Area - this location in Spain is just beautiful, the owner of this property told me that he and his wife fell in love with Zahora and I totally understand why! We are still looking to buy here. The propert is great, we swam in the pool every day, what a treat with no chlorine! The jacuzzi and Sauna are just such a lovely touch, we didn't think we would use them but we did! On numerous occasions. The beach is walking distance and the local restaurants are just delightful, everything you need for a perfect holiday. When can we come again????

Perfekte Villa im Geheimtipp Zamora

Wir waren im März 2 Wochen im Casa Martin und haben einen rundum schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Haus und Garten sind schön, sehr geräumig und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren zu siebt da, hätten uns aber problemlos mit mehr Personen dort aufhalten können. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Als eine der Gasflaschen leer war, kam 15 min nach unserem Anruf jemand und hat uns eine volle angeschlossen. Die Klima-Anlage hat das Haus in den im März noch kühlen Nächten und an kühleren Tagen angenehm gewärmt. Der Ort Zahora (deutlich netter als Conil!) ist wenig touristisch und der Strand traumhaft schön. Viele wunderschöne Strandrestaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkauf beim Campingplatz-Supermarkt um die Ecke oder eben in Conil.

Wonderful house in a good location

We stayed a week here and absolutely loved it, it is exactly like the pictures in fact possibly even better. The house has good wifi, AC, a lovely pool, fantastic upstairs terrace with a BBQ and a great outdoor shower. The location is great with shops, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. We are already planning to return to this house next year. I was wondering when I booked this house why there is not more good reviews, I am still wondering why, this house is just perfect!
