Tastefully upgraded. One of the only resort units with a full size laundry team.

Enjoy your home away from home in our consistently updated unit at the Maui Hill Resort, located in Kihei. A quick walk to beach and a short drive to either Wailea or the amenities of Kihei.

Very spacious, our unit has many updated features, including an expansive lanai (deck) from which you can watch the gorgeous sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee. The picturesque grounds include a very large pool with loungers, a hot tub and well-shaded area.

Our one-bedroom, two full bathroom unit can easily accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4. Offering privacy while still in a resort setting, there is only 1 neighbour and they are above, no one on either side, in front or behind your unit.

This 1036 square foot unit, has two lanais, a very spacious bedroom, full kitchen and dining room. The front 6x24ft lanai is the perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset, meditate or enjoy a beverage with a partial ocean view.

There are no less than 16 Webber BBQ’s strategically placed amongst the units, our unit has immediate access to 2 for your grilling needs. Should you choose to dine out there are many options a short drive away in Kihei or Wailea.

Maui Hill offers activities for its guests, contact the front desk upon arrival for details.

Free unassigned parking is offered and there are multiple spots a few steps outside your door.

Enjoy the comfort of home while exploring this island of paradise!

Our guests have access to the large pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pitch and putt golf and the multiple Webber BBQ's that are scattered around the property.

We do not reside on Maui, but do have a contact person that is available via phone or email. This information will be provided upon check in.

The queen size sofa bed has a 2 inch gel foam mattress pad and the California king bed in the master bedroom has a 4 inch gel foam mattress pad for your sleeping comfort. Both beds and all pillows have non allergenic, protectors.

This unit contains a washer and dryer for ultimate convenience.

Located in sunny South Kihei all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation are a short distance away.

Our condo is a short walk to Keawakapu Beach, but countless beautiful beaches within a 5 mile radius offer whatever your heart desires whether it be swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or simply catching some rays.

Whether this is your first time to Maui or you’ve been many times we hope you enjoy your stay!

We find most guests tend to rent a car when on the island as there are so many beautiful places to explore and this allows you to do so at your own leisure. We are a short 15 minute drive from Kahului Airport and a mere two minutes to stunning Wailea.

There is also a city bus stop at the bottom of the hill on South Kihei Road.

A clean, beautiful, updated unit. So close to Wailea and beaches but still peaceful and quiet.Plenty of space and the washer/dryer in the unit is a real luxury convenience.The hosts were so helpful answering all my questions and the property office were the best.

This is a nice unit, with a few toward the setting sun. The amenities are excellent: beach chairs, umbrella, lots of toys for kids at the beach, etc. We've stayed at Maui Hill many times, and we are always pleased.

Hawaiian Dream Vacation!

We had a most beautiful time together in this wonderful and spacious condo! Ideal location with proximity to the beach and in a very peaceful setting. Wonderful time in Kihei

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandra and Gordon’s place in Kihei. Loved the Maui Hill Resort! We had access to pool and other facilities. Location was walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. It was our first time in Hawaii and first time traveling with a baby. We would definitely go back!

This condo had everything we needed for a perfect week in Maui. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the condiments left behind were a bonus! Huge living area and lanai. Pool and grounds were nice. Easy access to beach at bottom of the hill. Didn’t find it walking distance though but parking isn’t to hard to find. Great quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping. Beach gear was nice to have. Highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay at Maui Hill. Sandra and Gordon were the most fantastic hosts. Anytime I had a small question about the area, they were quick to respond. The home was entirely as described and even better. The pots and pans were a dream to cook with. The living room and lanai were spacious. The bedroom was dark at night with the curtains closed but bright and full of sunlight during the day. We would return over and over again. Perfect home, perfect location. Thank you so much.

Very nice condo

This unit is very good. Very clean. I have stayed in this condo before and was glad to see it was available this year so we stayed there again. My wife and I plan to stay here on future visits if it available. Maui Hill is a very nice place on a hill located across the street from my favorite Maui beach. And the swimming pool is very nice and the water is at a great temperature every time. We only stay at Maui Hill when in Maui. We plan the timing of our vacation when a unit is open. I have stayed elsewhere and although the unit was very nice, the pool was in the shade and too cold to swim in. At Maui Hill we swim in the pool every day. The kids love it.

Welcome to our upgraded condo at Maui Hill Resort, located in Kihei, at beginning of the Wailea area on Maui.

Being that we are islanders at heart (Vancouver Island) we made our first trip to Hawaii as a couple over 30 years ago and found ourselves returning time and time again to Maui. We are friendly, hardworking folks who are happy to share our little slice of paradise with you.

We’ve been hosting guests since 2011 and have had the pleasure of welcoming people from all over the world into our home away from home. We hope that you will enjoy Maui as much as we do,

Please note: Our condo is NOT hotel living, if that’s more your speed we might not be the right fit.

Why they chose this property

This property has beautiful landscaping, the grounds are kept very clean and the staff are excellent. The pool is wonderful and the entire area is kept well maintained and clean.
We also enjoy participating in the Maui Tai parties and BBQ's that are held weekly free of charge to all guests.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy this unit immensely, the view from the lanai and the living room are spectacular. You can watch the sunset from the comfort of your own lanai with a partial ocean view.
The 4 sets of double doors that open to the very large front lanai invite the outdoors in and expand your living space. With all doors and windows being screened it creates a wonderful breeze throughout the entire unit.
We provide all of the comforts of home, including a full size Thin Q washer and dryer, everything you need to prepare food in the kitchen and a California King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size pull out in the living room. Both beds have antibacterial covers on them and gel toppers to ensure the best night sleep. We also provide 2 air conditioners that properly cool the bedroom and the main living area. There are 2 SMART TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
