We had a great time at this beautiful location. The view was amazing for sunrise and sunsets. The birds were fun to wake up to every morning. Lots of good cookware and utensils for preparing meals. Also had nice beach chairs for 4, beach towels and even some snorkel gear. We left 2 Costco boogie boards at the condo and there was also a small ice chest and some freezer gel packs to use. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location, but...

This is our seventh trip to Maui, and this time, we decided to stay in Maui Hills. This vacation rental has pros and cons. Pros: Great location, nicely decorated, free coffee, beach towels, and chairs were provided. Cons: The property was not well cleaned (we spent an hour cleaning it when we checked in, primarily dust and hair on floors and furniture and kitchen countertop), huge cockroaches in addition to ants problem (be careful not to bring them as pets back home :). I do not think we will be staying here again.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious accommodations with beautiful ocean views on relaxing lanai. Comfortable beds. This condo has all the kitchen amenities you will need for your stay. Nice pool area with several beaches close by. Tasty restaurants and farmer markets nearby. Private corner condo in well maintained complex. Parking to room is a bit of a trek with groceries and luggage but worth it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

2024 stay

The bathrooms had not been cleaned other than a wipe down. The rugs in the master were full of long black hair and it was clear everything had been cleaned around rather than rugs taken out and washed and the floors fully washed. We love the property and will stay again next year but we did spend a. Couple of hours cleaning the bathrooms.

Fantastic Kihei Condo

This is an amazing condo. It has been totally renovated and tastefully decorated. Great kitchen and living area. It has a large lanai. The master suite is huge with its own private bath. The second bedroom is also very nice with an en-suite bathroom too. There is a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean right from the lanai. The grounds of the condo are well maintained and has a large swimming pool, hot tub and numerous activities (tennis, bocci, shuffleboard) and they let you use equipment to play the activities gratis! The condo staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s actually closer to Wailea than downtown Kihei. So, lots of great restaurants and shopping is close by.

The View From the Lanai Is From a Dream!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay at Maui Hill J-113 that we added another night right on the spot! The panoramic view from the Lanai is absolutely breathtaking and we could not keep our eyes off the horizon as we watched whales leap and splash throughout our stay. We are long time Kihei regulars since the '90s and we've stayed at many locations - but this place is hands-down the best panoramic sunset view in town. The unit itself is nicely kept and simple, allowing guests to spread out. The main bathroom is large and welcoming after a day of beach and pool activities. The owners also have thoughtful little touches, like suggesting opening the kitchen window and the lanai doors and letting the Island Breeze flow through the unit. We very much enjoyed using the provided binoculars to watch the whales! And beach chairs came in very handy. But my goodness the VIEW! We will definitely be back!

The beds were comfortable, unit updated, very clean and we loved the large 2 person shower in the primary bedroom. As well as, the large connecting lanai. Great proximity to everything in Kihei, and close to some great restaurants and beaches in Wailea. Just book it! You’ll have no regrets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me just start by saying if you are looking for the perfect place to vacation in maui then your search is over. This place lived up to everything we hoped for and even more. The location is great, and easy to go to the market or any beach. Our favorite part was the patio mostly because of the amazing view and the beautiful landscape. In the morning it was nice to just open everything up the doors and windows to listen to all the birds and get the nice ocean breeze in. The inside is also very nice and really comfortable. I usually struggle with mattresses when I travel because I am very picky but the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great and the kitchen was well stocked. They even had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for the beach. We look forward to coming back next year.

Family Vacation

Condo was perfect for our family of three 10 day visit in Maui. Perfect location, very close to Wailea and the beaches in South Maui. Condo had all the amenities we needed - great kitchen, patio with view of the ocean and two bedrooms. As others mentioned the birds were loud in the morning but eventually got used to them. We could also hear the group in the condo above us but manageable. Our son loved the pool when taking a break from the beach and we enjoyed many games of shuffle boat. Having a washer/dryer was another big bonus. Would definitely book this condo again.
