We love The Enchanted Cottage. This was our second stay - just as cozy and pleasant as the first.
The Perfect Cottage!
We had a wonderful time at Irene's beautiful cottage. The home was immaculate, well decorated and very comfortable. Irene was welcoming and accessible. We had a great time and hope to return again soon.
Spotless, cozy and oh so comfortable. Irene is a fantastic host. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and appliances. The fireplace worked great, and there was plenty of kindling and wood. The view out the French doors is lovely. We had a fantastic time and will definitely go back again in warmer weather when we can sit out on the deck. Just lovely!
Another wonderful visit
We've been staying at Irene's cottage for 6 years now, and we still love it so much. It really is a perfect getaway for us. Can't wait to come back again!
Beautiful, Cozy, Spare Simplicity.
We really enjoyed our 3 nights. The space is small and simple -- perfect for getting away from the business of life. The fireplace was enjoyed greatly. The setting is very private: fields around, a view of the river, the rail-trail right outside the door. Amazing hiking locations nearby with spectacular views... then returned home to books and wine by the fire!
A perfect weekend away
Irene really makes this cottage from a quaint cottage in the woods to a perfect weekend away. All of her small touches make it so much more then just a cottage. When we arrived Irene made sure the lights were on and the heat was running. It was a beautiful cottage, we really enjoyed our stay.
