Overall experience was great! Condo is beautiful and very spacious. Host was great to work with. Liquid Life took over 24 hours to send maintenance to fix a kitchen sink water issue. What made it bad for me was we were celebrating my birthday on that day and no water was very aggravating with a condo full of adults. With that one exception everything was great!!! The pool, hot tub and walk pad to the beach was great. The place was very clean. I would recommend staying here!!!

The condo itself was fine. The balcony and view were very nice. It felt like a safe and secure property. We did have several issues. The biggest problem was cockroaches. I was told the HOA was responsible for pest control. They were very very bad in one bathroom and bedroom. So bad that I will be hiring pest control for my own home for fear that some got in our luggage. Smaller problems were the WiFi, shower pressure, and hot water. Those issues were addressed by maintenance. The property did refund 250. I appreciate their effort but I very much wish we had stayed somewhere else.

This perfect get away comfortably for a girls trip of 4. Beds so comfy and large pillows. The best view and a beautiful pool. Loved the walk to the beach, definitely stay here again!!

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and tons of space and towels. The hot tub was closed for more than half of our visit. The pool was freezing and unusable. The condo, itself, had cockroaches throughout the kitchen, dishwasher, closets and master bed. When we emailed the property owner about the infestation, we recieved no email or call back. Easy access to the beach with affordable daily rental chairs. Very close to Florabama. Security staff was very nice.

Family Time

We had a great time and the pictures match exactly to the condo. We so enjoyed the outdoor furniture! It was very comfortable and had space for all of us to sit. Short walk to the beach and an indoor pool for inclement weather. Thanks so much for letting us stay.
