Our home is walking distance to Kroger, shops and restaurants on Euclid in the heart of Chevy Chase, and Graeter's Ice Cream shop. We are also convenient to downtown amenties! Our favorite rerstaurants include Bella Cafe & Grill and Joella's, both just a stone's throw from the house.

The neighborhood is lovely to walk around and of course, the walk to UK campus and stadium is less than a mile! Perfect for a football weekend!

Kitchen features new stainless appliances, ample cabinet space, 4 seat high top table, stocked with pots and pans and pantry items and dishes. The house has a new hot water heater and central hvac system, equipped with a Nest thermostat. Full size Samsung washer and dryer are directly off the kitchen.

Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfy mattresses, lots of pillows and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a nice sized closet.

Master bedroom is peaceful and relaxing! Fire place insert provides warmth and ambiance! Reading area allows for an escape from the rest of the house. Spalke shower and double vanity in the master area, supplied with plenty of shampoos, soaps, conditioners, and make up removal options.

We love dogs but need to know about them prior to booking! We will allow one dog, around 50 pounds, well behaved and trained and preferably not a bed or couch sleeper...but not a dealbreaker, as we do provide plenty of blankets and coverings for the couch and beds. There is a small fenced backyard, however it is accessed from the outside; no inside access to the back yard. We do have a $30 pet fee for approved pets. Be sure to let me know the details when you inquire to book! No cats or other animals permitted.

The house is equipped with keypad code for entry. We do not allow events or parties, and only registered guests and immediate family in town are permitted overnight on the property. Thank you in advance for abiding by this important policy! We strive to make our place a "home away from home" and appreciate your respect for our neighbors.
