4 Main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
5th bedroom is a separate Casita. Large kitchen with Wolf Range and Sub Zero Fridge. Beautiful Courtyard and uncovered pool Area. We offer an 8-person hot tub and a Swedish sauna to enjoy!

You will have sole access to the home and pool.

Available via text or phone in case problems arise. On site manager in separate home on property.

This Secluded Gated home is close to many of what makes Southern California so great. U Pick Strawberry farms and avocado groves. Beaches within 30 minutes.

25 minutes from Ocean Side Beach, Close to San Diego Safari, Legoland. Minutes away from Temecula Wine Country. Close to Golf Courses and many local shops and shopping experiences.

The pool is not heated Nov 1- march 30th.

We have a propane heater and it is not economical to run the heater in the cold months. It costs 4.00 per gallon and takes 4-6 gallons per hour to heat the pool to 85*.

If you would like to pay the cost to heat the pool we can discuss a 200.00 per day heating fee during those months.

April 1- October 31 there is a 100.00 per day fee to heat the pool. Pool heating is not mandatory. We have a hot tub that is free to use all year round. Thanks for understanding
Please no sleeping on the furniture other than the beds. We do not allow couch sleeping. If you are not going to be sharing beds, please plan accordingly. We welcome you to bring in an air mattress if necessary.

We have a no event/ no party/ no unregistered guest policy. Including any day visitors. Our maximum occupancy is 10. Including adults and children. All vehicles must be parked within the gate.

On site property manager lives in back acreage and will be available if an issue arises.

Please do not drive in the grove.

Please keep all noise within the property line at all times. We are 90 yards from our nearest neighbor and out of respect for them and our neighborhood please keep to these guidelines. No loud music, especially off the back patio and pool area. We live in a canyon! Noise travels in all directions. Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood by keeping the noise down.

No parking outside of the gate

No smoking/vaping in the house or around the pool area.

Small/medium dogs are welcome with preauthorization. Clean up after your dogs.

Do not pick the Avocados. We are a working farm, we harvest and use them for additional income.

75.00 per night to heat the pool

Quiet hours between 10 Pm-7 Am
There is no pool or hot tub use after this time. All guests must go in at this time.
