- Gentle slope upward creating the most amazing views from the hilltop estate
- 4,000 square feet of living space, outdoor BBQ, and entertaining space


Property highlights:
- Indoor pool, Sauna Room and Outdoor Jacuzzi
- BBQ grill with propane tank.
- Plenty of sitting and dining spaces and tables for you to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view.

Bed arrangement, see pictures for details:
- Master bedroom with 1 King bed, Private bathroom. (Hot tub in master bathroom is not in use for guests)
- bedroom #2 with 1 Queen bed with private bathroom,
- bedroom #3 with 2 queen beds with private bathroom,

The following 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms in the hallway.
- bedroom #4 with 1 Twin bunker bed,
- bedroom #5 with 2 twin-size bunk beds.
- bedroom #6 with 1 Queen bed

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage ( for owners' storage and game room)
- Parking space is limited to 9 vehicles. Contact us if you have more vehicles to come.

Location was great! It could use better bath towels (old and cheap) kitchen had a lot of missing stuff( Pots, pans, salt pepper shakers, etc) had no freezer had to run to garage for freezer, ovens were dirty and grease, same on outdoor BBQ grill,Sauna did not heat( noticed new heater in garage but wasn’t installed) Family and kids where looking forward to use indoor pool and ask and pay for it to be heated but there was no gas so kids where disappointed ( no good) TV remotes battery died so i have to purchase some!Lots of humidity marks on bathroom walls and chipped paint , in my opinion needs more supervision in order to be working properly!It could be much better and hopefully administration reads my review and works everything out! They have everything to make this place a 5 Star stay!Manager was very helpful and responsive

The house was clean and amazing location! We had one issue and the host was quick to respond. The house could be stocked a little better with more coffee cups/towels/etc, but overall enough space for our group and beautiful views!

Great spacious stay

Had a great time here. The outdoor view is beautiful, and there were lots of entertaining things to do with the pool, hot tub, golf greens, darts, billiards, and more. Plenty of space for a large group!

Great Bachelorette Weekend

We had a large group of my girl friends stay at this house for a bachelorette weekend. The house was as described, has a huge dining table that can fit 16 and 2 large comfy sofas with more seating at the bar area and kitchen nook. Checking in was seemless and the property was kept clean. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to others to stay here. The host was attentive and gave detailed explanantion on how to check in along with important info regarding our stay..Good vibes all around.

Beautiful Location

A beautiful piece of property with lots of space and entertainment opportunities. The house was very spacious with gorgeous views of the Valley. Woke up to two hot air balloons taking off, majestic.

Wonderful place to gather!

We stayed there to celebrate a 50th birthday with adults, teens and young kids. Plenty of room and things to entertain all ages. Perfect location to go wine tasting and have family time!

I sent every picture and every concern to Virbo. As you ask I’m dealing you only through Virbo. They can tell you my concerns because I feel you know the concerns. You know what isn’t in shape on your property you know how misleading your listing is. In spite of all it all we had each other. The fact that it is late Novemberdont you think people would want to use the new pool table that you had in the box leaning up against the garage wall instead of the nasty scratched up stained one set up for us to use. You advertised plenty of games a clean luxurious villa. We paid over thousand dollars to stay there 3 nights for a chance to stay in a top notch place with guests who flew from out of state. The ice that melted in the freezer was the five pound bags we bought to keep our beverage cold. Your freezer and refrigerator acted only well enough to keep our food cool. Our picnic cooler kept our food from spoiling. I am amazed that you have done nothing more than defend things being out of order and not in use when the fireplace was in the pictures and the wine fridge are part of the premises, The pool table and games which we didn’t get to use we paid for. It is funny the features we chose your house for were out order. All your old pictures you posted were misleading. You had peeling paper drains clogged shower doors falling off the track cracked peeling paint. The place was dirty your fully stocked kitchen was depleted. We want to be compensated for the things that were in I’ll r

Great Stay

This property was very spacious. The open concept living room and dining room were welcoming for everyone to hangout and relax. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was great to have the option. Communication with property staff was easy.

Temecula villa

The property fulfilled our needs to have beds for all family members and the location was great. The rules were somewhat confusing (ie no shoes allowed in bedrooms, no drinks outside, no visiting guests allowed etc) which seemed extreme and limiting for what we paid. Coffee makers, wine frig, some lights did not work.

This property is best suited for a group of fraternity brothers, not a family. It’s not as advertised. It’s very old and unkempt.

Perfect home for a large gathering

The house was great! There were a few issues, and the property manager handled them all professionally, quickly and completely. It could use a few updates for a more comfortable stay, but gor the price, the location, bedrooms and bathrooms and amenities were great! We would definitely return !

Great property

We had a group of 6 people stay for one night to celebrate a birthday. The house was huge and perfect for our group. The property manager was responsive and the property was spotless. Super close to wineries and very peaceful and quiet at night.

Excellent property for large gatherings

We loved the property. Everything was just like described. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is fully functional. Easy to ask questions and get a quick response. We will stay again.

We were there for my grandson's soccer tournament. This home was perfect, comfortable, and fully equipped to make you feel at home. only 10 minutes away from the soccer fields, the stores. Will certainly book again!!
