This seaside villa, located in Soulac, is an old traditional "Soulac" style house. regularly renovated (the roof has just been redone), it is located in the city center, near the main street and the central beach.
It has two bedrooms (2 double beds), a living room (1 single bed) / dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom / shower / wc, a large garden (possibly allowing parking of a vehicle), and a private terrace on the back of the house.
It has all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay (description sheet sent by email on request). Flexible rate depending on the period and time of occupation.
