Quiet and Convenient

This place was quiet, clean, and located within walking distance of the quaint little town with nice shops. Apartment was nice, comfortable and quiet.

It was just ok

We had no satellite or wifi the entire time . The long term residents are mean, and fight outside alot, the street noise , especially without TV to drown it out was ridiculous. There were dead roaches in the microwave. And the smell walking into the apartments is hideous, and parking is super confusing. Front door is hard to open.

This property is very well located. Across from the hospital, gas station and Mexican restaurant by the corner, along with Domino's Pizza. About 5-10 mins from a Walmart super center and About 30 mins from Lake Lure and Chimney Rock attractions. The apartment was very clean and organized. Fully equipped for everything you'll need in your stay. Wifi is provided. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. The only thing you'll need to bring is your personal toothpaste and soap. New hair dryer, flat iron with ironing board. Neighbors are really quiet, you'd think you're alone in the building :) Host is very responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying at this property!

A Perfect Little Space

We rented this apartment while we were showing at TIEC. It was a East drive to the complex. The apartment is clean and has a lot of room. The kitchen is very functional. The owners are super nice as is the rental manager/maintenance man.

Nice and Quiet

Nice and quiet place. Unit was nicely decorated and the property was clean and well maintained. Short walk to historic downtown area of shops and restaurants.
