Great Room with Great Owner

I used it for an internship at a nearby national research institute. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly whenever I had any issues. The room is equipped with everything you need for daily living. The power of the IH heater is decent, and I was able to cook for myself every day. The family seems to have a fondness for motorcycles. I believe anyone would have a wonderful stay in this room.

Convenient and comfortable

Nancy's lovely suite was perfect for our stay in Livermore. We were visiting our son and his family, who lived only 5 minutes away. Nancy has provided everything.for her guests' comfort, from the relaxing sleeping accommodations to the nicely eqipuipped kitchen to the luxury shower. Maria, the on site host, was very responsive to our questions and needs. I'd like to think we'd have the opportunity for a return visit in the near future.

I would definitely come back here again

I would definitely come back here again. The apartment was everything it said it would be in more. The details are what made it even better. For example, there are USB ports on both of the lamps. So you don’t have to fumble for a plug-in. I had a later flight, and when I came in there was snacks and oatmeal and things for me to eat. The bathroom showerhead is gigantic and I hope I didn’t drain the hot water tank because it was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable. Actually was hard to get out of it because the blankets are also very comfy. The Wi-Fi worked great. The apartment is off of a side street off of a main road so it’s very easy to get to. If I come back to Livermore again, I’m going to check to see if this unit is available.

We purchased this property recently and spend a lot of time there although it is not our first home. Our son and his wife are on property and will assist you as needed. The home is large for our family thus we are renting the attached luxury studio with its own kitchen, bath, and private entrance.

Why they chose this property

Livermore is a clean, freindly community that borders on farmland. So many wineries have popped up in this fertile valley. We love all of the hiking and biking trails, the bustling downtown, the outlets, and more. It is clean, convenient, and is close to all of the attractions in the east bay.
