Peaceful easy living steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world

Beautiful, well maintained home (new construction 2012) just two blocks from several Southampton village beaches and walking distance to the village. Five bedrooms and one bunk room allows for a maximum sleeping capacity of 13. Dining room seats 10. Outdoor porch with seating and dining area which seats 10. Cherished family home is turn key, clean, happy and bright. There is a heated swimming pool with small poolhouse (mini fridge, full bath, living area and flat screen tv), outdoor shower.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Amazing Southampton village home!

My family and I had an amazing time in this beautiful home. It was so clean and welcoming, and you could not ask for a better location! The owners seemed extremely nice and were very accessible for any questions. We highly recommend this rental!
