Luxury vinyl plank flooring, 600-thread linens, eurotop mattress in both bedrooms, three ceiling fans for quiet sleep; fully equipped kitchen with smooth cooktop, granite countertops, under cabinet lighting; 60 IN flat panel HDTV4 in living room and wall mounted large flat screenTVs in bedrooms, blackout curtains, private view of Gulf from master bed and sliders to balcony; mirrored wall in living room reflecting Gulf with sliders to the balcony; designer dining room set; the whole unit was professionally decorated, together with bistro set and other balcony furniture,--all that you would expect from this strikingly beautiful condo! Free Wifi in every room in the building and even at the pool! Bring your laptop and tablets. Everything you need to refresh yourself. Feel safe and secure knowing that there is 24/7 security and onsite staff.

This condo unit was perfect for our family! Judy, the owner, was wonderful and so helpful. We had everything we needed plus a closet filled with beach toys! The beds were luxurious! The walk to the beach was easy and the location of the unit was where we could see family in the pool!

Great condo and location!

This condo was very clean, and we loved the amenities. It’s in a great location and makes it easy to get to lots of restaurants and other fun places. We loved the communication we had with our host, and we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful host! Lovely condo, the beds were large and super comfortable. Plenty of seating indoors and balcony.The building is nice. Good security. Lots good eating place very nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Judy was wonderful to work with and gave us some great recommendations of places to go. The property was beautiful and beach access was the best! Our kids loved the space and pool. This condo is astonishing!! Owners are super great with communication & allowed us to arrive Thursday night for no charge. Condo was SUPER clean and very well furnished. Beds are amazingly comfortable!! The views, furniture, & space from balcony are remarkable. It is directly across from 3 fabulous restaurants. Super easy to walk to & not have to drive. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during the week of June 24th. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need. The owner even called during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The king size mattresses were so comfortable. I would definitely book this condo again.

Absolutely the most amazing and clean condo! Great views and great location to local attractions! The host is even more amazing and easy to communicate with. She checked in shortly after check-in to ensure we had no issues. Answered any and all questions that came up prior to our trip and even during the trip. This is the second time we have booked this condo and definitely won’t be the last! The amount of things this condo offers is way to long to list. Speaking with other people in other condos this one tops them all with what all is offered for you to truly enjoy your stay and make the most of beach days! If we could give this place and the host more than 5 stars we would!

Fall Trip

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We have stayed here before and Judy (the host) is amazing to work with and answers any questions. It is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfort stay and stocked with anything you need, it is also within walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

Great place on the beach!

This was one of our favorite family beach trips. Loved the condo and the condo manager, Judy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

The Phoenix with the most amenities: ATM, racquetball, tennis, fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, game room, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, gazebo for grilling and sheltered dining
