Our family stay was excellent. The condo was extremely clean, the grounds were well cared for, and the ocean view was a highlight of our trip. We will absolutely return for another stay.

The property was wonderful. I liked the floor plan of this spacious 2 bedroom condo. We have stayed at Phoenix 4 in the past and this condo had a more updated kitchen then others. Communication with the owner was wonderful. She had let us know that some construction was being done and offered a refund if we still wanted to rent the condo. Nice extras and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything in unit was functional. There were no issues at all. The host was very pleasant to communicate with. I love the ease of booking the room. No check in required because we were given the codes to room before we got there. We only had to get our parking passes and wristbands once we arrived. I highly recommend this condo. Hopefully we will be back!

I liked the property a lot but unfortunately there was construction work going on above me two of the three full days I stayed there. Drilling woke me up in the a.m. and continued throughout the day. Was hoping for a peaceful and relaxing stay at the beach and only got that on my final full day.

I'm sorry there was work going on somewhere upstairs, sometimes owner's need to make repairs and generally it's done in the later fall and winter unless the work can't wait. At least the nights are quiet and I do appreciate that you liked the condo. Best regards for the future! Penny

Absolutely beautiful. Everything you need providedPeggy was so helpful and responsive definitely in my favorite will 100% stay again was my oldest granddaughter only grandchild trip these memories will last her lifetime so many first for her first time traveling she loved condo first snorkeling and dolphin tour. Seeing dolphins right off balcony in mornings and evenings if your first time when you see all the birds over water 95% dolphins are under them . We cannot thank Peggy enough for allowing us the use of her property for these wonderful memories and bonding.Thank You Again Peggy

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. Stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful view. The host was very responsive when we called or texted. Nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

This condo is a perfect getaway for two or the whole family. We love the balcony where the table and chairs are comfortable with outstanding views.The location is excellent for dining or Publix down the road if you want to grab some groceries. The beach is beautiful without the congestion of traffic.

This condo is fantastic, and Penny is a dream. Such a great owner. She really cares about her property and wants to make sure you enjoy it to the fullest! Condo has everything you could possibly want - great kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, right on the beach and super clean.

The condo was clean. The condo property was just ok. The same trash was on the floor by the elevator for the entire time we were there.

Everything was great except the parking fees were inaccurate. Supposed to 55 according to the ad and ended up paying 70. Host said the condo complex was responsable.

Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
