Let the Salted Rim be your island getaway! This roomy one-bedroom condo is nestled in the back of the resort overlooking the lush state nature preserve, but still just a short walk to the 5000-square foot oasis swimming pool. It is the perfect location in the resort to enjoy a margarita on the open-air front balcony while listening to the faint sounds of the live music at the Purple Parrot Tiki Bar. This freshly updated condo with coastal decor is perfect for up to 4 guests with a new King bed in the bedroom, a new sofa bed in the living room, 2 large screen TVs, washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen. We’ve thought of everything so come enjoy all the little touches that make this condo the perfect island escape. The Purple Parrot resort is a gated community with a fitness room, sauna, indoor pool and 150,000-gallon outdoor pool complete with waterfall cave! And best of all, the resort is a short two-minute drive to the pristine sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!

We enjoyed being close to several great local restaurants, a publix grocery store and the beaches in perdido are wonderful

Clean and quiet

Clean and quiet condo and a sized pool with tiki bar. Comes with 1 free round of golf every day and other freebies as well.

Just right

Traveling with wife and the rental fit our needs perfectly. Wonderful decor, clean, comfy bed, and everything you need. Very happy with the stay.

Great accommodations! Clean, stylish and all a couple needs!

Clean, stylish and very inviting! Bed was wonderful and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The actual condo was a little tricky to find because it set behind 3 more condos and the sidewalk was blocked by other vehicles. Great area/location though and easy to get to OB, GS or Pensacola. The tv remote (2 of them) was a little hard to navigate, called the main # and they said they would send someone over but we never saw anyone. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to everyone!!

Comfortable

Decor was beautiful. Bed was amazing. Downside was that the oven was dirty I was unable to cook like I e. Ceiling fans were dusty. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Needed Quiet Christmas

Great place to stay. The gated facility as a whole is very. nice. Need to paint parking lines, but that's not on the host, but on the resort. Could be tough to park during busy seasons. Fun fact: drive the speed limit in the resort with your windows down and your tires might make a funny noise. We thought it sounded like if an octopus could run.

Purple Parrot

We love it there. This is our second time vacationing there and we will try to go back every year. There’s a pool and hot tub. A tiki bar with cool musical guests and karaoke. The beach is a five minute drive. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. Do be prepared for the sun to wake you pretty early in the morning. Unless you find a way to cover the door on the bedroom.
