HangLoose14AD-Beautiful Beach Cottage@ the Purple Parrot Resort/Perdido Key FL

Our cottage includes a screened in porch area, perfect for a relaxing, “Hang Loose” vacation.

The Purple Parrot is a 114 unit Caribbean-style resort with tropical plants & palm trees. Our huge 150,000 gallon outdoor pool is only footsteps from our cottage/villa. Tiki bar is poolside & offers drinks & food. Enjoy the plentiful selection of local restaurants for your dining & entertainment.


Johnson Beach State Park is a short (3) minute drive from the resort. Breathtaking sunrises & sunsets, white sand beaches, showers, picnic tables, walking trails & covered pavilions.


Our unit offers one 43" Flat screen TV in the bedroom. One 50” Flat screen TV in the living room. Brand new 6/2022 Beyond Beauty King size mattress in the bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Front loading washer/dryer. Free wifi, extended cable, & our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes & cookware.


PLEASE NOTE: Bring your groceries, toiletries & paper products. Publix Grocery store is located (5) minutes from the resort.


Our unit is lower level & parking is directly in front of our cottage/villa.


The Purple Parrot in Perdido Key is a unique gated tropical resort. The villas surround a 5000 square foot oasis swimming pool with a waterfall and a bridge accessible hot tub. The resort also features an indoor heated pool and hot tub in the indoor pool house. Changing rooms, showers, sauna & work out area.


Purple Parrot has a strict NO pet policy for renters.
NO smoking in any of the condos.
NO renters under the age of 25.



Restaurants, grocery stores, marinas, golf courses are within a mile of the resort. So much to do and see on the key!


Come on down & “Hang Loose”at our cottage/villa located in The Purple Parrot Resort! Guests enjoy relaxing by the pool. Always a fun time for the kids!

The location is great wirh close proximity to beaches, restaurants and everyday needs. The complex has a pool and entertainment. The unit itself is wonderful. Easy check-in, cozy, comfy and very clean. This was our 2nd time here and highly recommend it. Steve and Sherry are very easy to communicate with and care about their guests comfort.

I didn't stay long, but it was very nice place. Cool, clean, had everything you would need and the community is pretty cool though i didn't participate in the outdoor amenities. I would book again if we came to the area again!

We live in Oklahoma full time & love our time spent in our home away from home. Nothing better than vacation time on the Key!

Our comfy, cozy condo is located extremely close to the outdoor & indoor pool areas. Walking on the beach is only a short (3) minute drive.

Purple Parrot Village Resort, Perdido Key, FL is located (3) minutes from Johnson Beach State Park. We love the choice of having the intercostal or gulf side to choose from at Johnson Beach State Park.

We also enjoy the many different beaches in the area. Our resort pool is one of the best on the Key. Always a good time! We hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we do!

Perdido Key is very laid back compared to other areas. Locals are always friendly & welcoming.

We enjoy the Purple Parrot Resort being only (3) minutes from the beach. So easy to come & go. Our location is close to shopping, restaurants, golfing & more.

We love the 5000 square foot pool area and two waterfalls. Our cottage is located close to the pool & parking is directly in front of our unit. It’s downstairs for easy access.

Property also has an indoor pool, hot tub & work out area. Outdoor pool has a hot tub & waterfall. Tiki bar is poolside.
