The house is located in the municipality of Villasimius inside the private residence of "Porto sa Ruxi"
The residence is spread over a slight hill overlooking and degrades in front of the three sandy coves of the same name which are characterized by a transparent and crystalline water, the house is located about 2/3 of height (48 meters) and beaches can be reached in a few minutes either by car, through the internal private road, or through the pedestrian underpass mostly in long steps that all the houses on the hill side use. All surrounded by Mediterranean scrub
The villa is on two levels, on the ground floor there is a sitting room, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a double bedroom, on the first floor 2 twin bedrooms and the second bathroom. (Single beds can be joined). The layout of the rooms is very functional and it is very convenient and practical the double entrance, the main one and the one on the back. The sea view is visible from the first floor rooms.
Bed linen and towels included.
Outside in addition to the planted garden, barbecue and shower, both in front and behind the house there are courtyards where you can relax in the open, eat etc. In the chalet there is a private car park (possibly second car to park in the common areas), water reserve, laundry area, no air conditioning but fans and columns.
Both inside and outside there are some steps and therefore not recommended for people with mobility difficulties, the car is recommended.
As for the Internet connection, the guest will have to use the provider of their smartphone.
Inside the residence you can use both the tennis court and the swimming pool. These services are charged, but quite cheap. (Eg: Euro 1 per day).
Facing the sea and surrounded by greenery there is a characteristic bar restaurant (La Capannina)
About 2 km away you can reach the residence of Campus where there is a restaurant, newspaper and bar-tobaccos and a supermarket.
About 5/7 minutes drive (5 km) you can reach the renowned village of Villasimius which offers all services and attractions, typical shops, restaurants, bars, discos, supermarkets, pizzerias and pastries, banks / post offices and pharmacy, etc. The medical guard is present.
Many beaches of rare beauty in the surroundings (Ti Mi Ama, Notteri with the Salt Lake and the presence of pink flamingos, Simius, Cala Caterina, Santo Stefano, Accu is Traias, Capo Boi, Punta Molentis, beach of the rice), reachable in a few minutes, or at the port you can rent a boat and make trips to the nearby islands (Isola dei Cavoli and Serpentara) or even with characteristic boats with lunch on board.
