About this property

Beautiful 2100 sq. ft. home with 3 bedrooms and an exercise room/ office!

Minimum rental is for 26 days April through November. We would like a minimum three month stay in the winter months. (December though March) Please ask owner for details.

Our home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Tucson Arizona! We are located in a nice Eastside neighborhood. This spacious 2100 sq. ft. home has an open floor plan. It has a living room with a fireplace, large dining room, kitchen and den. This home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, with a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. We have ceiling fans in all the rooms, except the dining room. There is an exercise room with a treadmill, recumbent bike and an elliptical trainer, combined with an office with a desk. It has a large covered patio and beautiful yard. There are 3 TV's with cable, one in the den, one in master bedroom and one in the exercise room.

The kitchen is equipped with service for 10. You will find the kitchen has everything, from pots, pans and bake ware, to a coffee pot, blender, crock pot and utensils.

There are restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, movie theaters, etc. within a few miles.

Wonderful home!

My husband and I just completed a one month stay at this beautiful, well furnished home. We like to cook and this kitchen has everything. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beds and pillows are super comfy. We had a couple of plumbing issues and the homeowner was super responsive and called a plumber right away. When our friends visited, the spacious house was so comfortable us all. Highly recommend!

Great winter stay in Tuscon

Lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well furnished very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. We appreciated the toys and books for our grandchildren. My wife appreciated the library of books and read many of them during our stay. I put the exercise equipment to use every day. The home was easy care. Supplied with all the items we needed. My son and his family liked to come over and spend time there. The patio area was nice for an afternoon relaxation. The oranges were delicious. We recommend this home for a relaxing stay. Renters were friendly very responsive and helpful.
