House in the heart of the village (all shops: grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, all services: media library, post office, bank), 3 bedrooms (5 people maximum), 1 bathroom, 1 living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove), 1 toilet, 1 terrace facing south., 1 pantry (with washing machine).
Near major tourist sites: Cahors, Moissac, Canal du Midi Rocamadour, Saint Cirq la Popie, Gorges de l'Aveyron and its hilltop villages: Bruniquel, Cordes, Toulouse.
Bed linen and towels not provided. Beyond 2 people, the price fluctuates, it's 7 euros more per person per night.
Payment via the shelter site only no checks, cash or reimbursement off site shelter / homeaway (see conditions), no refund of overpayment brief scammers refrain.
2019: a little clarification is needed to avoid any disappointment. I offer this house for rent, well below the prices charged in hotel or classified gite. Location agréable malgré une situation dans une région moyennement touristique.

Location bien agencée, spacieuse, malgré quelques manques. Une lampe de chevet serait la bienvenue dans certaines chambres. Charmantes intentions du propriétaire pour ne manquer de rien en arrivant. Base de loisirs à proximité très appréciable.

Calme et agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Catherine. Logement conforme au descriptif, bien équipé... Le plus est sans aucun doute cette terrasse fort agréable et charmante. Et l'accueil et les échanges avec Catherine étaient bien sympathiques. Nous recommandons donc ce gîte sans problème !

Maison ancienne bien équipé en vaisselle mais séjour réduit à cause de la literie au chambre du bas en très mauvaise état (surtout pour le matelas bébé lit à barreau une horreur) ! La propriétaire reste accueillante et discrète.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette très jolie maison. Maison spacieuse avec toutes les commodités dont on a besoin pour des vacances réussies. Elle est fraîche quand la température extérieure grimpe, la terrasse est très agréable et sans parler de l'accueil de la propriétaire qui a été parfait. Région offrant beaucoup de choses à voir (Moissac, Castelsarrasin, Cahors, St Cirq Lapopie...) et la base de loisirs de Molières et de Lafrancaise. Bref, ne pas hésiter à louer ici !

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux pour une maison avec agréable terrasse

Nous avons été très touchés par l'accueil de Catherine et Laurent qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe agréablement. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse de la maison où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas, et les jeux / livres laissés pour les enfants. La proximité de la base de loisirs a été un vrai plus pour cette semaine très chaude, et nous avons aussi rayonné dans la région facilement. Merci !

une maison très agréable, avec la terrasse idéale pour l’été. Avec le plan d'eau pour la baignade à 1 km et beaucoup de chose à voir autour. Peut être rajouter un fauteuil ou deux dans le salon, car un bz pour 6 c'est un peu court, mais le prix est très intéressant.

Séjour au frais malgré la chaleur

Accueil remarquable, grandes gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire. La maison, située en haut du village est au calme, voiture stationnée sur la petite place à 50m. Rien ne manque et surtout, lorsqu'il fait 35° dehors toute la journée, vous rentrez dans une maison fraiche et vous dormez super bien! Comme les jolies balades dans le secteur ne manquent pas et qu'on mange bien...Le temps passe très vite.

Maison très agréable

Maison de ville avec beaucoup de charme, 3 chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements, lave-linge en entre-sol, cuisine équipée (cuisinière à gaz + four, micro-ondes, cafetières, réfrigérateur/congélateur, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle...), et une jolie terrasse pour profiter du dehors. Malgré la chaleur estivale, la maison garde bien la fraîcheur! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mme Monsarrat, la propriétaire de la maison, qui habite à proximité. La maison se trouve en haut d'une rue qui mène tout droit au centre du village (boulangerie, boucherie, presse, pharmacie...). Le village est calme et agréable. Molières se situe à proximité de beaucoup de beaux sites touristiques (St Antonin Noble Val, Bruniquel, Lauzerte, Cahors, Montauban...baignade et canoë dans l'Aveyron aussi) et possède une base de loisirs ayant le label "pavillon bleu". Mme Monsarrat a constitué un classeur contenant beaucoup de dépliants touristiques et d'idée d'activités dans la région. Un adresse à retenir et à recommander!
