The House is nestled in the heart of the Landes in the lively town of Leon in a preserved natural environment.
The daily market of Léon is 5 minutes, the water activities of the Lake 10 minutes, and beaches and the Golf Moliets are 10 minutes.
Everything is accessible by bicycle via kilometers of bike paths in the forest waiting for you.

This house has been designed to be able to spend holidays tailor-made, idyllic with family or friends, enjoying an ultra secure pool and all the comforts and equipment necessary.
It is furnished, colonial spirit, fruit of all our travels;

On the ground floor, it includes:
A vast space "day" with:
- A fully equipped lounge with flat screen 48 inches, DVD player, Hifi and WiFi connection
- A dining room for 8 people
- A modern equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

and a space "night" with
- 4 bedrooms, equipped with Bultex bedding (Bedroom 1 - 1 bed 160, Bedroom 2 - 1 bed 160, Bedroom 3 - 2 beds 90, Bedroom 4 - 2 beds 90)
- A bathroom adjoining bedroom 1 with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and a laundry area with washing machine
- A separate second toilet

Outside, in a fenced garden, we have defined several spaces:
- To eat: a terrace with wooden garden furniture, bbq and electric blind
- To relax: a second terrace with pergola and sun loungers
- To have fun or take a breather: a beautiful infinity pool of 10m x 4.30m, ultra secured by external barrier.
It is maintained weekly by a pool specialist.

Finally to enhance your stay, and enjoy the miles of bike paths that surround the house and go where you want sportingly (beach, shopping, lake ...), we provide you with 4 adult bikes, and 2 children's bicycles (4 -6 years) and a baby carrier.

Note that the house also has a "baby kit" available: cot, high chair, cozy, stroller cane.
