2 large bedrooms with 21/2 bathrooms condo located on the 3rd floor in the beautiful community of Puerto Aventuras. Puerto Aventuras is ideally located in an exquisite private setting between Cancun and Tulum. The excitement and night life of Playa Del Carmen is just 15 minutes away, or by walking distance to Puerto Aventura's down town.

Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Soak in the beautiful sun on the terrace while enjoying the ocean view of the Caribbean.

Clean beaches and beautiful pool directly downstairs; safe for swimming or strolling. Walk along the beach to the many restaurants and shops nearby. The Omni Hotel, with its fabulous beach bar and beachfront restaurant, and a marina, in which you can swim with the dolphins, are all located a short walk down the beach.
The condo has all of the comforts of home and more. It is new and in wonderful condition. There is a TV and DVD player in both the living room and master bedroom. A washer and dryer are located in the apartment for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked.

Maid service is included before arrival and upon departure. More frequent service is available for a fee.

Arrangements can be made for an English speaking person to pick you up at the airport, take you food shopping and to the apartment for a fee. (or to take you around to be able to see places than only locals would know).

Individual air conditioning controls are in every room. Windows with screens and ceiling fans in case you prefer the Caribbean breeze.

The apartment is on the third floor, with easy access to an elevator or the stairs. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom.

TV and dvd player in the master bedroom and a 42 inch TV along with a dvd player in the living room.

For your convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is located in the apartment.

Ample parking available.

Fully stocked kitchen, just bring your culinary skills or get somebody to do it for you for a fee.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds.

View/Location Oceanfront: This unit has a spectacular view!
Catering available: Excellent chef and cleaning service available for that special day or for the whole vacation.

Other Amenities: Maid service at arrival and departure, more frequent service available for a fee.

There are many activities to chose from while visiting Puerto Adventuras. You can swim with the dolphins, explore the Mayan ruins at Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza. or go snorkeling in the second largest coral reef, explore around the wonderful and exciting cenotes. ATV tours in jungle settings are also available.

Great experience!

By far the best place to stay in the riviera maya. The location is excellent, its right next to the beach, the view is beautiful as well as the apartment. I highly recommend it for people who want to rest but also have a great time with the family.

We had a really good time. The complex was very nice and the grounds were very well kept The condo itself was spacious and the view from the deck was great On the downside, the furniture needs cleaning and the stove elements were hit and miss. The cold water in the second shower didn’t work and there were several lights burned out. In general it is in need of an upgrade All in all we had a great time

Outstanding location!

A beautiful 2-bedroom condo located right on the beach in Puerto Aventuras, which I loved. There are casual and nicer restaurants located in walking distance, spas, fishing charters, and a beach that is perfect for children. Tara, the property manager, was super responsive, always getting back to me right away as I planned for the trip, and wonderful to work with! I will definitely return!

We just wanted to thank you again for the most wonderful holiday we ever had. We miss you all so much, we miss the weather, we miss the amazing food and cocktails, we miss the beautiful sunsets,. We literally cant resist puerto aventuras, the idyllic setting, the sincere warmth of the people and the atmosphere of reflection... it all conspires to start draining tension out of your body and mind as soon as you set foot there." My husband and I met in Cancun, and we visit our paradise often. We visited many areas in the Mayan Riviera, untill we found Puerto Aventuras. The minute we drove into Puerto Aventuras and we saw the beach, and the cozy shopping area, we knew Puerto Aventuras was the place for us. We are walking distance to restaurants, tours, food markets, and shops. When we are in the mood for dancing and crowds, Playa del Carmen is a close drive. Puerto Aventuras is also close to Tulum, the airport, Xcaret, Xplore, and the amazing snorkeling Park Xel-Ha, We love to sit on our balcony, hold hands and listen to the sound of the ocean. We always wanted to buy a property close to Cancun, but it was already to busy for us, our dream was to find something close to everything, but not too close, the location is excellent, and the view is incredible. I just saw the place and fell in love with the area, and the people of Puerto Aventuras. Inside Puerto Aventuras we can get tours to swim with dolphins, manaties, sea lions, play golf, or walk to the taxi stand to go anywhere. When we go with family, we rent a car and drive them around, there is no wrong way to do it.
