Location:

Located in the center of Saint Denis d'Oléron, close to the market and shops (butcher, bakery, bookstore, mini-market, pharmacy) and 500 m from the beach and the port, this town house with atypical charm and comfort with internet access can accommodate up to 6 people.

The house includes:

- A large, comfortable living room with TV, DV player, a very comfortable rapido sofa bed (140x190)
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, MW, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small appliances ...)

Perfect location

The listing is accurate, and yes, the stairs are as gorgeous as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, right around the daily farmers market (summer) and a very short walk to the beach. Excellent communication from the initial rental inquiry to the day we left. We enjoyed our vacation there and will keep this rental in mind when we will be back to Saint Denis.

Très bonne semaine mais des choses à redire sur le logement

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, l'emplacement était parfait. La maison était spacieuse et la gestionnaire flexible sur les horaires. En revanche, nous avons été déçus sur plusieurs points. L'équipement du logement est vieillissant (vaisselle très usée, idem pour les casseroles, l'aspirateur, le sèche-cheveux, etc.). L'état de la maison n'est pas du tout le même que les photos de l'annonce, qui ont vraisemblablement été prises il y'a longtemps (en témoigne l'olivier dans le jardin qui est beaucoup plus grand et les peintures des portes et volets extérieurs qui ne sont plus du tout dans le même état). Les deux chambres sont à l'opposé avec un escalier pentu et étroit pour l'une. Ce n'est pas très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous n'avions pas été avertis également qu'il fallait prévoir 20€/lit pour le linge de maison et les draps. En clair, l'emplacement et l'ile d'Oléron de manière générale était parfait mais plusieurs choses à redire sur le logement.

Maison tres agréable, proximité de la plage et du marché

Accueil déplorable, cette personne vous prend de haut et vous culpabilise avant même votre entrée dans la maison ! Jardin laissé à l’abandon, pelouse non tondue, tondeuse restée au milieu du jardin, parasol quasi unitilisable car toile abîmée, propreté très relative alors que la « gestionnaire de bien » insiste sur des détails lui facilitant la tâche… Toiles d’araignées, sols limite propres… Dommage. Les copropriétaires de la Sicarde ont abondé dans notre sens, au vu de la grossièreté de Mme Grelier. Un conseil : changez de personnel pour l’accueil de vos locataires !

Très bien

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Oleron, logement bien équipé, Très bonne connexion WIFI pour le télétravail. Jardin abrité et sans vis à vis. Cours intérieure avec place de parking. Saint Dénis d’Oleron est très calme, marché sur la place chaque matin, boulangerie et supermarché à 2 pas. Je recommande

Traumhaft!

Das schönste Ferienhaus, dass ich je in einem Urlaub bewohnt habe. Ruhig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Unkomplizierte Übergabe. Zentral in dem hübschen Ort St. Denis gelegen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison absolument charmante, dans un mélange de moderne et d’ancien, d’une propreté sans reproche, c’est avec un immense plaisir que nous avons découvert la région et à reculons que nous somme repartis. Les propriétaires sont d’une disponibilité inégalée, nous recommandons cette propriété chaudement! Allez y les yeux feemés!

Ben endroit très calme, et à 2mn à pied du marché

Bel maison issue d’un découpage d’une ancienne grande colonie de vacances. Magnifique escalier en bois à l’entree, donnant sur une jolie chambre avec salle d’eau parentale. L’acces aux chambres des enfants est un peu étroite, mais assez ludique. A recommander.
