Quiet house 300m from Les Huttes beach

Come and discover the island of Oléron by staying in our charming holiday home with an area of 90m2, benefiting from several sunny terraces facing south, enclosed by walls and wooden fences not overlooked.

You will enjoy a main room of 45m2 offering a living room with two sofas including a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, a television, a DVD player, opening onto an outdoor terrace.

A living room and an open kitchen equipped (dishwasher/microwave/induction hob/senséo or filter coffee maker, cookéo, raclette service...) will complete this living room and allow you to prepare good meals with your family or friends.

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed (180cm), shower room and toilet. This house can accommodate 6 to 8 people maximum.

Upstairs you will discover a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm), a second bedroom also, with a 140 bed and with a single (90cm) leading to a bathroom and a toilet.

You will find a travel cot for your babies upstairs.

Saint Denis, its shops, its port are 2.5km away by bike by the cycle paths. We provide 3 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes to go for walks and visit the island!
Cycle paths nearby for those who prefer to explore by bike on the shores of the beach, in the dunes or in the forest. You will be close to the Chassiron lighthouse.
The huts are a very quiet and wild place, if you like tranquility.
5 minutes away, you have a campsite with a mini-market at the entrance, for your last minute purchases.

Bed linen and towel can be rented (12.50€/single bed - 25€ for double bed - 10€ / towels)
Dish towels and a bath mat are provided.

Cleaning is available at an additional cost of €90. It can also be done by you before your departure. In this case, please make sure to leave the apartment clean and tidy, especially to empty the dishwasher.
