Un Appartamentino con tutto quello che serve per fare una Vacanza vicino al Quell Bellissimo Mare di Pescara .Il Propietario dell L` Appartamento e una Bravissima e simpatica Persona , Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene tantissimi Negozi e Rstoranti Bar e Pizzerie nei rintorni Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono fare una Serena e tranquilla Vacanza al Mare

Monolocale più piccolo di quanto dichiarato e peggior proprietario mai incontrato in anni

Si dice che lo studio è di 40 m² e nell’annuncio si parla di 45 m² ma il monolocale datoci era di 28-30 m². A qualcuno verrà dato di sicuro, quello di 40 m² dato che il proprietario possiede molti appartamenti; 2) non viene specificato che il letto è un divano-letto; 3) non viene detto che manca la biancheria da letto. Ci sono stati chiesti 50 € di cauzione senza darci ricevuta. Il nostro errore è stato dire al proprietario (alla partenza) che lo studio era più piccolo di quanto dichiarato. Sono iniziate una serie di invettive e urla nei nostri confronti: che il monolocale corrispondeva a 40 m²; che avevamo danneggiato una porta del bagno (il I° giorno avevamo inviato una foto per segnalare il danno alla serratura), che invece di pagare cash abbiamo pagato con carta di credito, ha continuato ad insistere che non andava bene che non l’avessimo pagato cash. Vi è stato un ulteriore gesto: siamo partiti alle 8.10, fermandoci per fare il pieno e la colazione. Invece di chiamarci, alle 8.22, ci manda un messaggio (in francese) scrivendo che “avevamo lasciato una federa e che l’avrebbe gettata via per noi“ aggiungendo l’emoticon con la linguaccia. Abbiamo tentato inutilmente in tutti modi di chiedergli di farcela recuperare che in 5 minuti saremmo stati lì. Gli abbiamo scritto che avremmo segnalato che ci faceva perdere un servizio matrimoniale doppio la sua riposta “riponderò che l’avete lasciato sul letto per negligenza”.

Très cher Michèle Notre studio fait bien 40 m2. Je ne sais pas où vous avez vu que je possédais plusieurs appartements ???. Dans l'annonce il y a des photos et il vous aurez facile de voire l'agencement de votre location. Si vous aviez lu la présentation et les explications données avec les photos ,vous auriez pu lire que nous ne fournissons pas les draps et les serviettes. Quand à la porte..... Votre mauvaise foi est sans nom. Vous avez cassé et je vous ai rendu la caution de 50€ .vous ne m'avez pas fait de reçu pour la restitution. En se qui concerne le paiement de votre location.... là aussi vous avez oublié de lire les conditions de paiement.le premier à l'agence et le second le jour de votre arrivée. Souvenez-vous Madame que vous vouliez laisser une énorme demi pastèque au frigo et vous l'avez mis dans un sac poubelle. Pour votre taie d'oreiller très sale voyez moi désolé. J'étais reparti et un impératif familial ne me permettait pas de revenir. Si un jour vous passez par là fêtes moi un signe. Sachez aussi Madame que les notes et les appréciations que les autres locataires nous ont laissé, ne mentionne pas le nombre de carreaux de carrelage pouvant d'après vous justifier de la superficie (vous avez oublié de compter le carrelage de la terrasse). Vous passez de drôles de vacances. Sachez que l'erreur pour moi c'est de vous avoir accueilli chez moi. Surtout la prochaine fois PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN au plaisir de ne plus vous revoir

Propriétaire des très aimable, studio pour un couple ou une personne. Très bien situé. Le bémol ; pas de micro-ondes, ni WIFI (indispensable pour une location), prévoir le linge pour le lit (Draps etc...).

Alloggio perfetto per una vacanza relax. Punti di forza: il condizionatore, il parcheggio privato e la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Zona tranquilla e vicina a molti servizi. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile.

Soggiorno adatto a piccole famiglie

Siamo stati molto bene, spiagge attrezzate e pulitissime vicino , supermercati e parche giochi anche. Condominio accogliente . Proprietario gentile puntuale e disponibile . L’unica cosa negativa è che dall’annuncio sembra esserci una camera matrimoniale mentre si tratta di un monolocale con divano letto. Per noi è stata l’unica cosa scomoda
