The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full/1 half baths, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen.

This home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

Great location, you can walk just a couple of blocks down to the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. The owner had everything you need in this VRBO, but we did go buy wash cloths. We enjoyed this VRBO and when we come back, hopefully it will be available.

What a beautiful historic Annapolis home! Perfect weather allowed us enjoy both the large garden -like backyard and front porch ( for people watching) The location is ideal for walking to USNA, the waterfront, DTA and its many restaurants, cafes and shops. Absolutely perfect property for our family on Plebe Parents’ Weekend! Our group had an excellent time staying in this home. The space is even larger than expected from pictures. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, perfectly cool from the summer heat, and steps away from charming stores and historic sites. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. Amazing Location, Exactly what we needed.

Staying at this location was a great escape. We were celebrating a retirement and had a great time. The space is beautiful and homey, and is only a 5 minute walk to the pier entertainment and restaurant district. Would highly recommend to anyone else, whether it be a spouse retreat, a stay for a Navy football game, or just a couple of friends who want to see beautiful Annapolis.

GREAT LOCATION

We really enjoyed the home. Location was perfect ! Was able to park car for entire weekend and walk to town / dinner and all over. Great home for two couples or a family. If we return we would stay here again.
