At NAUJAC SUR MER small village on the Atlantic Ocean, with 10 km of wild beach (Gironde between Hourtin and Montalivet) and the lake close. By car it takes 7 minutes to the ocean beach or 10 minutes to the lake beach.
BEACHES: The ocean beach of the village, in fine sand, wild as non-urbanized, sunbathing, jogging or surfing, you can play ball without disturbing users !. The beaches of the lake are in fine sand (the same as the ocean) with little background (so warm), ideal for small children and attractive for older children (windsurfing, pedal boating and canoe rentals, ... )
COMFORT: Everything is new inside, bedding, sanitary, kitchen with accessories, crockery and appliances.
THE PARK: 3 000m² of land shaded by maritime pines and large oaks, cicadas, birds, forest walks in direct access.

The very edge of the Landes forest, 7 minutes from the ocean and wild beach of "dry Pin" ranked top 10 best beaches in France and 10 minutes from the beaches and harbor of Lake Hourtin ... short to hand the immensity of the Atlantic coast, the force of the ocean, a cozy nest for relaxing after the beach and relax in absolute comfort ....
Top tip is to enjoy swimming or relaxation at all hours and in all weather with indoor pool and hydrotherapy spa after a good sauna. For the useful shops and services are 10 minutes away, located in Hourtin city. The plans are all within 15 minutes, whether in Hourtin or Montalivet: Markets every day, night markets, bike paths, surfing, naturist beaches, water games, paintball, water ski base, tree climbing, lake fishing or at sea, paddle boats or canoe, museum etc ..
WINE TASTING at 20 minutes: The sumptuous CHÂTEAUX du Médoc with wine tasting, visit of the cellar of Mme Brun (Château Grand Brun) or cruises on the estuary

The house is divided into 2 parts: cottage 70 m² + relaxation area 40 m²
Part Cottage of 70 m²:
Living room-Kitchen: Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator-conservator, dishwasher, washing machine. TV TNT Satellite, DVD, Wifi. Sheets and duvets are provided, depending on the condition we can provide pool towels and bathrobes (reserved for the pool).
WEST Bedroom: A bed of 160x200, a cupboard (shelves and hanging). Private bathroom (Great shower, sink and toilet)
IS room: One 140x190 bed, a dresser and closet, possibility of adding a bed of 90. Private shower room (corner shower, sink and toilet)
Interior relaxation area of 42m²:
Spa for 5 people with 37 ° water + swimming pool with countercurrent (with ozonator) heated to 28/29 °, with 2 indoor terraces and 1 outdoor terrace solarium.
Independent park of 3 000 m2. Private parking, Covered Terrace, Barbecue, Boules, Badminton court.

Friendly host and lots of activities in and around the house

The garden ans the house offered us enough cool shadow and various activities which was a great supplement to the nice Pin Sec beach close by! Our kids loved the pool and the badminton court. The hosts are a very hospitable and friendly couple! We will love it to come again!

Un véritable écrin de nature dans un parc privé. Tout est à disposition pour se sentir bien ( filet de badminton, table de ping pong etc.). Que dire de l'espace détente: un vrai plus pour ce logement. Nous nous y sommes prélassés chaque jour. Le chalet est assez spacieux pour 4 personnes. Et note spéciale à nos hôtes qui sont disponibles et d'une grande amabilité. Nous recommandons à 200%

Wunderbare Ferien in einem recht abgelegenen Häuschen mit Traumgarten und fünf Autominuten zum eindrücklichen Strand. Platz ohne Ende zum Spielen, Baden und Erholen. Auch die vielen Mücken konnten das Vergnügen nicht mindern. Danke an die äusserst netten, zuvorkommenden und zurückhaltenden Vermieter im Nachbarhaus!!!

Simplement magnifique

L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer, le parc est magnifique et l'espace SPA est très très agréable. Vous pouvez aller à l'océan au lac dans les forêts, sur les pistes cyclables et faire du VTT sans compter les bonnes tables qui sont tout autour, un grand + : la gentillesse des hôtes qui sont adorables. En famille avec des enfants c'est un endroit parfait pour leur permettre de jouer car le parc est sécurisé et en couple une belle parenthèse pour se retrouver grâce à l'intimité du lieu. Un grand merci ❤️❤️❤️

Génial super vacances

Location extra tout était parfait le logement était propre et spacieux. Le jardin est très grand et bien équipé pour les enfants comme pour les grands. la piscine et le jacuzzi pour se détendre pour finir la journée. De vrais vacance au calme avec tous le confort. Les gérants sont très accueillant et sympathique encore merci à eux.

Großer Garten, kleines Haus, liebenswürdige Vermieter

Der große Garten ist das beeindruckendste dieses Feriendomizils: schöne, schattenspendende Bäume, viele Spielmöglichkeiten für jedes Alter (Speedball übers Netz z.B.), viele Sitzgelegenheiten (allerdings sind diese sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich meist unbequem). Das Hallen-Schwimmbad ist formidabel durch seine Gegenstromanlage, auch für trainierte Schwimmer... und der SPA-Bereich fördert die Entspannung sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Erwachsenen. Das Wohnhaus selbst ist wirklich sehr klein. Küchenbereich/Essbereich/Wohnbereich sind höchstens 24qm groß, alles aufs Einfachste eingerichtet. Wer kochen möchte, irgendwie auch etwas anspruchsvoller, ist mit solcherart Gasherd z.B. aufgeschmissen. Für "Aufwärmesser" ist an alles gedacht worden. Die Küchenfreaks müssen allerdings Verzicht üben. Wer nicht gerne auf Plastik überzogenen Matratzen schlafen möchte, hat es schwer. Wer zu viele Utensilien mitgebracht hat, muss diese im Freien unterbringen. Im Haus selbst gibt es sehr wenig Raum dafür. Die Vermieter Louise und Patrick Brun sind äußerst liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend. Jede Frage wird wunderbar beantwortet. Da sie unmittelbar neben dem Ferienhaus ihr eigenes Domizil haben, ist man als Fremder bestens aufgehoben. Die Umgebung ist – mit Ausnahme der nahen Durchfahrtsstraße – ideal. Wunderbare Kiefernwälder, durch die man etwa zehn Minuten fahren muss, um unterschiedliche Strände zu erreichen. Die Infrastruktur, die früher Frankreich ausgezeichnet hat, stirbt allmählich ab. Man muss hier 5 km fahren, um den nächsten Einkaufsladen zu erreichen (auch einen Boulanger). Die größeren Supermärkte findet man erst nach 10 km, respektive 18 km. Hier und da gibt es Bio-Landwirtschaftsbetriebe, die von den Einheimischen überrannt werden (hier erhält der Franzose noch französisches Gemüse im Gegensatz zu den Supermarchés). Insgesamt zwei zufriedenstellende Wochen, die dann wunderbar sind, wenn man die Einfachheit als Gegensatz zu seinen sonstigen Lebensbedingungen akzeptieren kann. Wir konnten es. Und würden für Ähnlichgesinnte dieses Domizil sogar empfehlen.

Hâvre de paix en pleine nature !

L'accueil de Louise et Patrick a été chaleureux et convivial, plein de recommandations, découvertes locales, d'attention, et cela tout en discrétion. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses avec nos trois enfants. Nous revenons avec un cours de cœur pour cette région. Dunes, forets & plages paradisiaques. Les enfants ont beaucoup surfé !!!

Endroit très agréable au milieu des pins et les propriétaires sont très accueillants

Très Agréable séjour chez Louise et Patrick qui nous ont réservés un accueil très sympathique . Aux petits soins pour leurs locataires, et toujours attentifs. De plus avec les fortes chaleurs la fraicheur de l'endroit était vraiment idéal. Les photos correspondent bien à la location c'est toujours important de le préciser. (après 4H30 d'entrainement de vélo le spa et la piscine est une véritable détente ) Mais on on peut en profiter aussi sans effectuer des entrainements de guerriers. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison à ceux qui souhaitent s'évader et se retrouver au calme. C'est le lieu idéal. Nous ajoutons donc ce lieu dans nos favoris pour nos prochains séjours.
