Detached house renovated in 2015, enclosed private plot of 200m².
Calm and restful environment.
The cottage is 10 minutes from Granville and the beaches.
Quick access from the A84 motorway, many tourist sites nearby (museums, zoo, the city of brass in Villedieu-les-Poêles and Mont Saint Michel ...). You can also discover the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands.
We do not rent the cottage for a single night. In July and August, weekly rental only and from Saturday to Saturday.

Très beau séjour estival

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, propreté au top, tout est très bien aménagé, bien équipé pour tout, très calme, on s'est crû comme chez nous et la gérante est très gentille, agréable et très souriante. Nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation :)

N'emmenez pas votre téléphone !!!

Concernant la location en elle même rien à redire. Facile a trouver, bien équipée, très propre. Ou nous avons été floué c'est concernant des travaux opérés chez les propriétaires, engins de chantiers de 8h00 le matin à 17h00 de l'après midi. Sois disant travaux démarrés le jour de notre arrivée sans que l'on puisse nous prévenir avant... Notre sentiment est quelque peut différent : ces travaux ont débutés le lundi et les propriétaires le savaient avant notre arrivé. La mauvaise foi à son paroxysme. Attention également: aucuns réseaux téléphonique.. non précisé dans l'annonce. Pas de wifi (mais cela était précisé par contre..) 12 mètres de câbles, un répartiteur, une soixantaines d'euros de factures et le tour est joué. Bien moins cher que de refaire un terrassement .. En résumé belle location mais gâchée par le manque de scrupule de ces personnes. La seule remarque de la propriétaire: "mettez nous une mauvaise note sur Abritel" (!!??) Nous adressons d'ailleurs un couriel pour relater les faits.

Gute Ausstattung, zentrale Lage, relativ ruhig. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Kommunikation nur in französisch möglich. Kleine Straße am Haus mit wenig Verkehr, aber gelegentliche PKWs mit hoher Geschwindigkeit.

Le logement est confortable, au calme, très pratique (tout le nécessaire à disposition). Il est situé à proximité de beaucoup de points d intérêt 15-20 minutes de route, pour tous les âges.
