large house of family friendly and perfectly restored, situated amidst vineyards.
On 2 floors it can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it has a large enclosed garden with trees of 2000 m2;

on the ground floor: the large living room with fireplace and club chairs, the dining room and the open kitchen. Bathroom with bath.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with shower and toilet.
1 bedroom with queen bed and beds babies / children.
Outside you can enjoy the wooden terrace and the magnificent view, pacing our garden or relax at the pool.
you have the house for you! The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, micoonde, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with all the necessary utensils.
Rooms are cleaned on arrival and towels are provided.
Ideally located if you like hiking on foot or mountain bike, many routes to discover the Beaujolais and its castles.
10 minutes from Beaujeu or Belleville, and 5 minutes of Mont Brouilly or Regnié Durette, 40 minutes from Lyon by highway you will enjoy your séjoiur to visit the capital of Gaul and its famous festival of lights

Wonderful stay in beautiful location

We stayed for a week, had beautiful weather and the pool was put to good use. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything you would need for a great stay. The view from the terrace was outstanding and you could spend all your days without leaving the house. However it was close to Lyon, easily accessible by train and also had great restaurants nearby. A great day out is Lac Des Sapins, with great water activities and we would recommend a visit to Cluny, a beautiful town nearby. Overall would highly recommend a stay at this house.

Gite très propre et super équipé. Chaque couple avait son intimité. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Seul petit bémol mais que nous comprenons, nous aurions aimé partir un peu plus tard le dimanche matin, sachant qu'il ny avait personne après nous. Je le recommande à 100 %.

Belle grande maison bien équipée, assez loin du village. 5 chambres, 4 av SdB 1 SdB en rdc. Tarif 2 nuits assez élevé : a cette saison la piscine n'est pas utilisable et il faut partir a 10h le dimanche. Nous ne reviendrons pas

We hebben genoten van een fantastische familieweek. Alles was zeer netjes, alle kamers zijn zeer ruim, de keuken is volledig uitgerust, het huis is prachtig en heeft alle comfort. Het zicht op de heuvels vanuit het huis en de tuin is idyllisch. We hebben ook genoten van het buitenzwembad met de vele ligzetels en de lounge zetels buiten. Het enige wat we nog misten was een pergola boven de lounge zetels zodat je ook in de schaduw kan zitten. Het

Wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Highlights sind die sehr ruhige Lage etwas oberhalb des Dorfes Quincie-en-Beaujolais, die sehr grossen Räume mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie und der geheizte Pool. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist noch besser als im Inserat beschrieben und sehr empfehlenswert. In der näheren Umgebung (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit) gibt es einige Sehenswürdigkeiten und grössere Städte. Im Ort selber einen kleinen Laden, einen Metzger und eine Bäckerei mit sehr leckeren Croissants und Broten. Grosse Einkaufsläden sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ein idealer Ort um sich auf dem Lande zu erholen.

Très belle maison. Assez grande pour comfortablement loger un couple, trois adolescents et les grand-parents. Boulanger, boucher et mini market dans le village á 5 minutes par voiture. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires.

Wow!

We had a wonderful time. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need on a family holiday with (or without) children. Very spacious, there's everything you need in the kitchen to cook dinner should you want to. A few minutes drive to the boulangerie in the village to get what you need for breakfast. Owner friendly and helpful. Very quite. Lovely view. There are multiple picturesque villages worth visiting within half an hour drive. We certainly want to do this again (maybe visit different subset of site the next trip or venture out of that perimeter). I recommend it.
