We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at Bourgneuf Manor House.On arrival, Fabian and Nadine were a warm and welcoming couple who introduced us to their beautiful old property. We were able to understand each other effectively..The house was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Our visit took place during the World Cup and a heat wave, with temperatures reaching 40C on a couple of days. thankfully, we had taken an electric fan with us which, along with the measures Nadine showed us, kept the house as cool as possible.Outside the garden was private and quiet, the moat’ and ponds positively charming, with abundant wildlife. We saw or heard woodpeckers, a Golden Oriel, bats, a red squirrel, lizards, lots of frogs and had regular visits from the incumbent Peacock for breakfast, lunch and dinner, delightful!All in all, we spent a wonderful week in Lailly en Val and would thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely, old property.

Stunning Countryside Gîte in a beautiful location.

We arrived to a very welcoming reception from the gite owners. We were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning modernised gîte with a beautiful private garden including its own moat, with resident fish and frogs. The site was well equipped for our stay and immaculate. The location of the gîte was in a village with a mini market and boulangerie within walking distance which was ideal for lazy mornings and a lovely lake. A short drive away was the pretty town of Beaugency along the banks of the Loire river, and the cities of Blois and Orleans were close by. Overall, a fabulous base for a relaxing holiday with a super friendly host family.

Perfecto

Hemos estado dos semanas en esta preciosa casa del valle del Loira. Todo ha resultado fenomenal. La ubicación es muy buena para hacer excursiones por la zona y conocer la región. La casa es muy amplia, con 3 dormitorios, y cada uno con su baño completo. Los propietarios son muy amables. Sin duda, es un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Beautifully appointed property

Three bedrooms all en-suite in this very old property. It has been converted beautifully and feels modern in a good way. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It was so lovely sitting eating out in the garden that it seemed pointless to eat out often. Very relaxing stay. The owner Fabien was friendly and helpful

Perfekter Ausgangsort für Schlösser der Loire

Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. tolle Raumaufteilung, drei Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite, voll ausgestattete Küche, auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Gartenanteil mit Grillmöglichkeit. Sehr nette Vermieter! Absolut ruhige Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Casa perfecta

La casa está totalmente reformada y con mucho gusto. La cocina perfectamente equipada. Hemos estado una semana con tres niños y sobraba espacio, un jardín privado perfecto con su espacio de comida con barbacoa y su espacio de relax. Además por las mañanas y tardes nos visitan ovejas. Los propietarios encantadores y muy discretos. Muy recomendable
