The property has free AT&T Gigapower wifi with blazing fast internet speed, 42" LCD TV w/ROKU, cable TV, and ability to access your Netflix and Amazon accounts. The property is very centrally located - 3/4 mile from Deep Eddy pool, 1 mile from the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, and 2 miles from great food and drinks in downtown Austin.

The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood in a convenient location for most things you'd want to do in Austin. I stayed here 3 weeks with my cat and found it comfortable and homey.

The garage apartment was very comfortable, inviting, clean. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several places we wanted to be or Uber rides around $7 to $12. We would certainly stay here again!

Lovely unit above garage within 15 minutes of ATX attractions!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nick's above garage unit. The unit is exactly as pictured and has everything you will need for a visit to ATX, including an A/C unit, TV, mini-fridge/freezer, and even an oven and microwave! Nick responded timely to our request to stay as well as to a question we had during our stay. Highly recommend. The unit is within 15 minutes of the various ATX attractions, such as South Congress, Rainey Street, 6th Street, etc. We used Uber/Lyft to get around town. The home is not on a main road, so it's nice and quiet at night.

Immaculate Efficiency Rental in Great Neighborhood

Very good communication from property owner made arrival and entry into the rental seamless with no formal check-in required. The property and rental until were immaculate and a nice supply of linens were provided. Newly remodeled bathroom with nice roomy shower. Comfortable stay in a great neighborhood!

We enjoyed staying in this nice above the garage apartment. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There were some nights we could not even hear a dog barking. There are several restaurants to eat within a short walking distance or you can make the 2 mile trek to downtown Austin. Everything was within walking distance. This is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

The studio was the perfect size for my Wife and I. It was very clean and contained everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating.
