Located on an end unit, first floor, directly across for the pool yet private & quiet on a golf course. Enjoy the sweet patio outside, a great place to relax in the morning for a cup or tea or coffee or the evening for the sunset overlooking the private setting with view of golf course!
This villa is centrally located close to a myriad of fabulous dining & shopping including the best beaches less than 2 miles! The best beach in town, Clam Pass, is less than two miles away and has a gorgeous path to walk to beach through the mangroves or free shuttle if you prefer the lovely ride!
A MINIMUM OF ONE MONTH REQUIRED !!!!!

The golf is available for a fee depending on the season and time of day. Another beautiful newly renovated pool is a short walk away as well as tennis courts!
Community is 55+ and does not permit pets and requires a vetting period of up to a month, the forms may be filled out via email.
