Welcome to Sausalito at Vanderbilt Beach! This tri-level waterfront townhome offers expansive bay views from 2nd & 3rd level, end/corner unit, wrap around balconies. There's a designated covered parking space and storage locker (w/2 adult bikes & beach equipment). The residence also provides a private beach access directly across the street.



In addition to all of these incredible amenities, this North Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Gulf Shore Drive address is literally within walking distance to La Playa Resort and Vanderbilt Beach Resort, home of the renowned "Turtle Club" restaurant. Also, you're just a short drive to Mercato, which offers endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Wonderful condo...a gem! This is our 3rd condo on Vanderbilt Beach we've rented and by far the best. Roomy, clean and nicely decorated. Views are spectacular! We hope to come back!

A amazing house, great location across the road from the beach. Great views across the water with fantastic sunrises and sunsets, we even saw Dolphins. The house has everything you need and is so well furnished and equipped, very well looked after Would definitely recommended a stay here. Tammy and Neil were fantastic as always

Amazing place

This is great place to stay at. Located directly across the street from one of the best beaches in the world. The interior is very comfortable to stay in with a great layout. If traveling with a family there is enough space to stay comfortably. We had a range of age from 15 to 77 and all of us found this place amazing. Super friendly permanent resident of the neighboring unit made us feel welcome. And communication with the property manager was great. No questions or concern were left unanswered. Before we booked we had looked at different properties and we are so lucky that we chose this one.

Nice place but…

Bldg hoa, without warning, decided to sandblast and paint the lower level. This caused parking, noise and access problems in addition to the mess and inconvenience. Not what we were looking for on a vacation. We moved out early but didn’t receive what we thought was sufficient refund. We’re just told “we were lucky to get any refund”.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location

We loved this townhouse. It's big, bright and beautifully maintained. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be equipped with anything you could need. Loved the two balconies, but we spent WAY too much time on the comfortable oversized reclining sofa. The bed in the master bedroom is also supremely comfortable. The property managers are great. We arrived after dark, in the rain, but with the pictures & instructions Tammy texted us, we were easily able to find the assigned parking space, get from there to the unit & into it - all with no swearing involved, which is quite an accomplishment after hours of travelling. The unit is a short walk along the beach to the Ritz for lunch and a quick drive to the Mercado for shopping and restaurants.

The condo and management were wonderful. Both online with Neil and Tammy and also the resident managers Dale and Janet. All were a wealth of information and always ready to help. The place needs some updating, as most do, but I believe that is being done now. Wish we had known about all the stairs. It's big enough and has enough seating that my family of 6 could all sit comfortably and watch the super bowl. We even invited our son in laws parents to join us. It was perfect to make wings and tacos for the game. Plenty of room to cook, eat, and watch the game. We would rent this place again. The location is fabulous. Private access to the beach is nice. Super fast internet!

Vacation in Naples at Sausalito of Vanderbilt Beach

Sausalito is in a perfect location for a relaxing vacation. A quick walk across the street to the ocean where the beaches are clean and the sea breeze, refreshing. Great space for our family to spread out and space for all of us to enjoy a family meal at "home". The only downside is the pool is very small....but with the beach so close by it really was not an issue. The owners, Tammy and Neil, were great to work with. Thank you Sausalito for providing an amazing setting for our family vacation and memories that were made.
