Maison Gunnison idéale située juste à côté de la zone de loisirs Hartmans Rocks. 35 minutes de Crested Butte, 15 minutes du réservoir Blue Mesa. Belle propriété de 1 acre avec beaucoup de stationnement. Adapté aux enfants et aux chiens, cette location est idéale pour 2 familles pour profiter d'un peu de temps dans la région de Gunnison. Avec un terrain de ranch adossé à la grande cour arrière et à 4 miles séparant la propriété du centre-ville, vous êtes vraiment à la campagne avec un accès instantané à certains des meilleurs terrains de jeux naturels sur terre! Perfect location on a cozy culd-a-sac to Hartman Rocks and also to get to Gunnison for dinner and shopping. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4 but can sleep 8 comfortably. Very easy check in and out process. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of space for all of us and our dogs and we were very comfortable there. It’s also in a quiet neighborhood which we really appreciated. If you have a question you can get an answer back almost immediately too. Hope to stay there again sometime!

Great house with excellent views. Loved all the space and outdoor area where we got to pet the horses, cows, watch the perrie dogs and a family of fox. The house was clean and beds comfortable. Loved the area and loved that we could bring our dogs with us. Ian was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend Ian's house and Gunnison! Highly recommend the drive to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Worth the drive as well as the observatory tour and driving through the recreation area both just down the road! Be sure to go out in the back yard at night and see all the stars!

The lack of central AC was disappointing. Also it is now common in literally every place have stayed over past few years that bedrooms have TVs in them. Furnishings have seen better days and having to pick up garbage in the yard due to trash cans left full upon arrival and turned over during the night definitely low point.

Ron, I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. We’ve been fortunate to receive consistently excellent feedback from our guests over the years, so I certainly take your comments seriously. I’ll consider adding TVs to some of the bedrooms. We’ve generally kept the house focused on the Gunnison experience, where most of our guests come for the outdoors and enjoy the cool, crisp mornings and evenings rather than spending much time inside watching television. I’m also sorry about the garbage. Unfortunately, the guests immediately before your stay did not get the trash out on collection day, which left the cans fuller than they should have been. I especially regret that they were tipped over during the night and created a mess for you. I only wish we’d heard from you during your stay. We’re very responsive to our guests, and with a quick message, we likely could have addressed at least some of these concerns while you were there. We appreciate the feedback and will certainly take it into consideration.

Ian was a wonderful host, communicated very well and made our stay seamless. The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful river park 3 minutes away to take the dogs too and very close to gunnison without all the busy traffic. Look forward to staying again and definitely recommend

Came for our son's graduation at Western and had my parents and adult children stay with us. Very comfortable for us all. And we loved the proximity to Hartman Rocks.
