Quiet Cozy Condo in town but walking distance to the Gunnison River

This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

Great place to stay had all the amenities inside the house that you would need. I forget to buy sugar but found some in the pantry! Was super excited, not to have to go back to the city market. We left our spices in the pantry to pay it forward. We stayed warm all night. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. We had lots of towels and extra blankets.Comfortable great location in Gunnison. We will book again when we come back in January! Sidenote, you might want to buy some extra toilet paper. The only toilet paper was the ones on the rings and that ran out fast. I picked up an extra couple rolls from Safeway a minute away from the house. Besides that everything was perfect!

Beautiful place to stay. It’s extremely clean, very quiet and the perfect location to quickly get to everything. The beds are comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again!!

The reviews don’t do this place justice. A fully stocked Vrbo kitchen and so many homey touches. Immaculately clean, completely comfortable. The condo is in a safe tucked away neighborhood. You get a different (good) feel driving in. Loved it!

It's an amazing setup for two couples with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We had what we needed - it was all well appointed. It's in a quiet neighborhood near the river. Truly delightful.

Quaint cabin in a quiet neighbor hood.This cabin was perfect for our fall break stay. It is very well maintained, stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, comfy beds, and close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodated our request to stay an extra evening.

Duck reserve

When we got there, welcomed by flock of ducks & ducklings in back yard. They were in the pond daily. Walking distance from the RV park where my friends were staying. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. All the comforts of home. Highly recommend & will be coming back.

The place was perfect for us, was very comfortable, and was in a great location. We ued the outdoor gas grill and enjoyes eating our neal on the picnic table in the carport.

Quiet and Cozy is an accurate description. A short walk to downtown but away from the busy streets. The creek running past makes for great sleep with the windows open and the pond offers some surprising wildlife viewing. The beds are well above average for a rental.

Very Comfortable Stay

Tommy was so communicative and the house was very inviting. Everything was super clean! Parking was a little tight (my husband has a huge diesel truck) but we made it work and everything else was super comfy :) Wifi worked great and location is super close to Main Street.
