Quiet Cozy Condo in town but walking distance to the Gunnison River

This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

Beautiful place to stay. It’s extremely clean, very quiet and the perfect location to quickly get to everything. The beds are comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again!!

Quaint cabin in a quiet neighbor hood.This cabin was perfect for our fall break stay. It is very well maintained, stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, comfy beds, and close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodated our request to stay an extra evening.

Quiet and comfortable

The space was comfortable and the area was quiet - even with it being 4th of July weekend! The home was well stocked with comforts and needed items! A very comfortable stay!

Quiet and Cozy is an accurate description. A short walk to downtown but away from the busy streets. The creek running past makes for great sleep with the windows open and the pond offers some surprising wildlife viewing. The beds are well above average for a rental.

Comfortable and quiet place to stay

We were in town to visit with our daughter and family who live in Gunnison. We wanted a place where we could cook, barbecue and relax. This was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to others. The laundry room was a plus so we could pack less .

We loved this property. We came for Westerns graduation. We had plenty of time to relax and this place was perfect. Nice set up, clean, great little kitchen with lots of extras! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived in Gunnison, CO for a wedding, our son, my wife and I, and we settled into this clean, well kept property, and felt right at home. Everything about this property is just right. No issues whatsoever. Thanks again!

Western Reunion Trip

Our cozy condo was awesome. The unit was Super clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Our host did a great job of communicating in advance helping make our entry very easy and convenient. While we were not in the unit very much the beds, bathrooms and living area were better than I expected. So often pictures look better than the actual unit but in this case the unit matched or was actually nicer than the pictures implied. Thank you for a very nice unit.

Almost an excellent stay

Good stay. Everything was in good order. For some reason(?) the cleaners came at 9am this morning but our checkout time was supposed to be 10am. Not Good. They did NOT speak english. We left at 0930 and locked both keys in lockbox as directed.

The reviews don’t do this place justice. A fully stocked Vrbo kitchen and so many homey touches. Immaculately clean, completely comfortable. The condo is in a safe tucked away neighborhood. You get a different (good) feel driving in. Loved it!

It's an amazing setup for two couples with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We had what we needed - it was all well appointed. It's in a quiet neighborhood near the river. Truly delightful.
