Esta es una casa muy acogedora, limpia y confortable con todas las comodidades de su hogar. Con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, (un montón de espacio para que sus hijos duerman con sofás, sillones reclinables y colchones de aire), sala de estar, sala familiar, comedor, lavadero con lavadora y secadora grandes, porche delantero, amplio respaldo cubierta con muebles, cochera con camino de entrada y otra entrada con mucho espacio de estacionamiento para sus autos y botes, hermoso césped zoysia en el frente y un gran patio para que jueguen todos los niños. El patio trasero se abre a la calle 15 del campo de golf DeSoto. Esta es una casa totalmente eléctrica con un calentador de registro eléctrico en la chimenea. Esta es una casa de dos niveles con la habitación familiar (TV de pantalla plana en la pared) que tiene una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre a una pequeña terraza, 1 dormitorio (cama Queen) y una gran bañera grande con combinación de jacuzzi y ducha. La sección principal de la casa es accesible por 1 paso en el porche delantero y 1 paso en la casa. Esta parte de la casa es la sala de estar principal con dormitorio trasero (cama doble con TV de pantalla plana en la pared), baño completo con combinación de bañera y ducha en el pasillo, dormitorio principal con baño privado con ducha amplia (cama King con televisión de pantalla plana), sala de estar con sofá, silla y sillón reclinable, área de comedor con mesa, sillas y taburetes, lavadero con lavadora y secadora grandes, y cocina completa con buenos electrodomésticos y lavaplatos. Hay una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre desde el comedor a una gran terraza que da al patio trasero y al campo de golf. Hay pisos laminados y de baldosas en todas partes, excepto dormitorios, pasillos y habitaciones familiares, que son alfombras. Hot Springs Village es la comunidad cerrada más grande del mundo con más de 32,000 acres enclavados en las hermosas montañas de Ouachita, a solo 10 millas al norte de la histórica ciudad de Hot Springs. Spacious and comfortable home sitting in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Being located on the golf course was nice for walking or jogging in the evening. My family loved this home. Every room was cozy. All of the furniture was comfortable. The area is quiet. The upper level patio is spacious with a view of a golf course. We were near AR-7, so there were a few good restaurants to choose from and stores such as Walgreens and Walmart close by.Communication from the host went smoothly. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed a week at this *beautiful* house. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, there were plenty of bath towels for every person, and the living room was especially comfortable with ample seating for the six of us. The rooms allowed for privacy & every bathroom was updated & clean.The area felt very safe. We hope to make this a yearly trip & stay here again!

We are Stephen and Cheryl Robinson of Shreveport, Louisiana. We have been married for 51 years. I was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Cheryl was born in Duncan, Oklahoma. We met in bible college where I studied for the ministry and Cheryl studied music. I was a pastor for nearly 44 years, at the same church here in Shreveport for over 40 years. We still live in Shreveport . We have 2 sons and 1 daughter (all married), and 8 grandchildren. I retired 5 years ago. We still attend the same church with our family and help out whenever our new pastor calls upon us. My wife loves crafts and decorating, and I love to bass fish and golf.

We have been coming to Hot Springs Village for many years as guests of our neighbor to enjoy the beautiful Ouachita Mountains and the clear lakes. We eventually bought a timeshare here in the Village that we and our family enjoyed for many years. While golfing on DeSoto Golf Course one day, I saw this house for sale. It needed lots of tender loving care. We bought it and began the long process of remodeling the entire house ourselves. It has been such a blessing to us and to our family and friends. A perfect place to come vacation. A place for fun and rest!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We fell in love with this location because of the peace and quietness. No highway or air traffic noise. Just birds singing and an occasional golfer playing their round of golf. It is conveniently located 1/2 mile inside of the west gate of Hot Springs Village, making running to the store, fast food, or Walmart a snap. You can be on the golf course in less than 5 minutes, and 7 other courses in just a few more minutes.
