静かな村に120m2の復元された家庭があり、景色のない庭とプールは硬いフラップで保護されています（4月下旬から9月下旬まで使用）

Week in Andilly

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely house in a handy location - Lidl was within walking distance. The pool and garden were our favourite part!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay, very much helped by the beautiful weather and being able to make use of the amazing pool, which was kept lovely and clean by the cleaning robot and the pool man! A well equipped kitchen although needs chopping boards and perhaps a grater! Whilst I appreciate that there is wardrobe space in the utility, it’s not always convenient to have your clothes in another room! The bedrooms could do with more clothes storage! The beds were very comfortable. The stairs to the first floor are very open which I think should be mentioned in the house details, not really suitable for young children! The banister at the top of the stairs is loose and extremely dangerous! It would take very little for the whole thing to break! This needs addressing. We were very fortunate with the weather but had rain on the last night, rain water came in through the roof between the dining area and lounge area, this is obviously an ongoing problem and the reason the floor has lifted in the dining area! (A trip hazard) The gardens are potentially beautiful but we felt needed attention. The above did not deter our enjoyment of our holiday but we feel are points that need attention.

Das Haus liegt in einem Wohhngebiet und die Nachbarn scheinen sehr geräuschempfindlich zu sein! Die Ausstattung war für uns neun Personen nicht ausreichend und eine Schere hat gefehlt! Durch den Wasserschaden war vieles kaputt! Die Lage und der Pool waren topp! Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war super!

Relaxing time by the pool

We had an excellent stay at the house. Sandrine was there to receive us and to show us around. The neigbours were friendly, and I used to go for a walk aroung the village. We went to Marans for shopping, restaurants and boat rides; had a day out at La Rochelle. We were always back in the afternoon for a relaxing time in or near the pool and to enjoy our evenings drinks. The all family loved the holiday xxx

Fantastic house!

We hade two lovely weeks in this beautiful, rustic house. Loved the lush garden and the large swimmingpool. Nice and quiet little village with a great restaurant. Owners and property manager very friendly! Would love to book another holiday here. My warmest recommendations!

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une région à découvrir. Les + de la maison : - maison de charme - deux frigos - jardin arboré - belle piscine Les petits bémols : - un escalier raide menant aux 2 chambres de l'étage qui ne convenait pas à la personne âgée du groupe et l'éclairage de l'escalier

Agréable mais de nombreux défauts

Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas notamment en regard du prix déboursé. Nous n’avons jamais relevé autant de choses lors d’une location. Le séjour a quand même été agréable. Les + - Literie parentale au RDC - Maison avec un certain cachet - Emplacement calme et sans vis-à-vis - Très bon accueil Les – ## CHAMBRE PARENTS RDC ## - Tiroirs à nettoyer à fond - Dernier tiroir commode à refixer ## WC ENTRÉE ## - Manque un dérouleur de papier WC - Lunette WC plastique désaxée et mal fixée ## 2nd WC ## - Manque un dérouleur de papier WC - Lunette WC plastique bas de gamme et désaxée ## DOUCHE ## - Gros problème d’évacuation d’eau - Manque de quoi poser : savon, gel douche, shampoing, … - Manque de quoi fixer le pommeau de douche (nous avons été prévenus lors de l'accueil) - Pommeau coupant : 2 personnes éraflées avec le pommeau - Salle de Bains : plafond avec traces d’humidité ## CUISINE ## - Porte de frigo ferme mal. Il faut veiller à ce qu’elle soit bien fermée. - Pas de sel dans le lave-vaisselle - Tiroirs pas tous propres et nets - Filtre hotte à nettoyer - Placard haut évier : tupperwares laissés en l’état (pas propres) ## SÉJOUR ## - Manque ampoule applique (mur fenêtre) - Problème important d’infiltration d’eau (observé par forte pluie) - Parquet gondolé et pluie qui tombe dans la maison ## PISCINE ## - Une ampoule grillée - Il semble que le skimmer n’aspire pas grand chose ## CHAMBRE ENFANTS ## - Prise électrique mal fixée / ! / - Literie à revoir ## DIVERS / GÉNÉRAL ## - Manque une planche de fer à repasser - Manque dossier d’accueil : coordonnées cabinet médical, horaires marchés proches, boulangeries proches, etc … - Nous avons dû relaver une partie de la vaisselle - Applique avec fils apparents - Placard penderie abimé Aux alentours, il y a très peu de commerce. Je confirme que la voiture est indispensable.

Vacances à 2 familles

Belle maison spacieuse avec un jardin clos et protégé autour d'une piscine de taille très confortable pour les enfants. A 30mn du centre de la rochelle et 35mn de rivedoux plage sur l'ile de Ré. Seul bémol un voisin acariâtre.
