This charming house located 500 meters from the sea in a small Breton fishing port (Loctudy).
A sandy beach can be found within 500 meters ...
You will enjoy all the comforts for a successful holiday.
You will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place which lends itself perfectly to a couple or family vacation
You will also like the bungalow, the small enclosed garden and the proximity of shops and beaches.

Description of the house:

Three carefully decorated bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.
A bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, separate WC, a fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.).

Laundry room with washing machine, utility room and small garden with arbor and garden furniture.

Private parking in a very low traffic dead end.

Local shops (restaurants, crêperie, bakery, grocery store ...).

Quiet area - South exposure - Electric barbecue

Transport from Paris:

1 hour flight (Quimper) - 4 hours by train (TGV) or 6 hours by car from Paris with an arrival by the RN 165 to Quimper - Exit Pont-L'Abbé

Nice house in a calm area of the small town. Good beaches in reach and some city life as well. Jérôme is a very friendly host and takes care everything is perfect for his guests.

Short but lovely stay

Decided to add an extra few days before a holiday booked some time ago and thought Loctudy would be interesting. So it was, property (once we found it!) was good, very clean and a comfortable bed. Owner Jerome was most helpful and we spent an interesting time out and about in the area with some good lunches coming back and enjoying a light supper in the garden.

We enjoyed a week in Loctudy. It’s a quiet, peaceful seaside town with lots of local beaches and scenery. Jerome is very helpful. The house was easy to drive to from Roscoff port. It was clean and functional, a very short walk to the restaurants and beach. Good WiFi too.

Maison avec jardin dans une impasse très très calme, à proximité de la ville et du port. Dans la cuisine: un équipement très complet. Il y a même des appareils que je ne possède pas... salle d eau avec douche et beaucoup de rangements. Bref une location que je recommande. Notre hôte Jérôme à l écoute et à l accueil au top. Ah oui j oubliais : boxe free très utile...

Logement très fonctionnel et hyper bien situé. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien Malgré la météo pas toujours clémente on a toujours trouvé quelque chose à faire. C'est vraiment une région superbe. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Avons profite de cette belle maison pour decouvrir son environement et profiter des huitres, des langoustines et des koing aman ( desole pour l hortograche, elles etaient tres bonnes).quartier tres calme, pas de probleme de sationnement, maison confortable terrasse arriere tres adaptable pour le deplacelent du soleil.Hote tres prevement.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft erfüllte vollends unsere Erwartungen Loctudy ist ein beschauliches, aber absolut empfehlenswertes Städtchen. Die Umgebung bietet viel Natur, tolles Meer mit Badebuchten und vieles mehr zum Entdecken. Auch für Radfahrer sehr geeignet mit zahlreichen Radwegen.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Finistère Sud. Concarneau, Les Glenans, Douarnenez… Des plages de rêve à proximité Bref des Vacances comme on aime en passer. Logement fonctionnel et dans un environnement très calme Idéal pour se reposer et ressourcer. On reviendra.
