Great community

We enjoyed the nature trails daily. The golf course is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and also the clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Condo was great. Location near the pool and the Preserve. Lanai over looking a lake. Walked the preserve every morning. People were very friendly. Colonial Country Club is very well maintained. Lots of nice restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive. Owner was very responsive.

Wonderful 5 weeks!

We were so fortunate to secure this condo at the 11th hour as our original reservation was unexpectedly canceled. Brian, the owner, was so helpful and responsive when we had any questions. The neighborhood is so nice, people so welcoming and friendly. Lots to do in the club. Learned Pickleball and great pool. Very conveniently located to the ballparks, theaters and great restaurants. We hope that it will be available next season.

Great location

The community was close to everything and within the community the unit was close to the pool and preserve, with a great view from the lanai. Also the people at Colonial were great - The staff and the other residents. There is a lot to do. Grocery shopping is nearby. AND Brian - our landlord- was always patient and responsive. Also the new refrigerator/freezer makes round ice cubes in addition to the standard ones!

Genial and attentive host

Brian, the property owner, was a pleasure with whom to deal. He was readily available before, during and after our stay. He made every effort to make us comfortable and at home in his condo. The condo itself was conveniently located near the community pool and 3 mile nature walkway. The condo itself was exactly like the description in the listing.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our vacation very much.The condo was nicely decorated,very clean.We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai.The pool was within walking distance and spent many afternoons there.
