Superbe maison neuve de 4 chambres avec climatisation - Wifi inclus - Situation calme

Brand New Custom Home, construit en 2017.

Cette belle maison à 4 lits et 3 salles de bain a été construite sur mesure avec un superbe plan de 2200 pieds carrés. Une cuisine ultramoderne avec des comptoirs en granit vous accueille dans cette maison de montagne. La cuisine est entièrement meublée et prête pour toute création culinaire. La grande salle à manger sera un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour les repas en famille. Après le dîner, vous pourrez vous rendre dans le magnifique salon voûté doté d'une cheminée à gaz et d'une grande baie vitrée ou vous retirer dans la grande terrasse où vous pourrez admirer la ville d'Estes Park. Cette maison dispose également de la climatisation pour les après-midi d'été chauds dans les montagnes.

La chambre principale est située au niveau principal de la maison avec un lit king size, une salle de bain privée et deux lavabos et dressing est une retraite en soi. La deuxième chambre située au niveau principal offre un lit double avec lit gigogne pour un coin couchage confortable. Au niveau inférieur de la maison se trouvent deux chambres avec un joli coin familial où vous pourrez regarder votre film préféré.

La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes seulement de l'entrée du parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses et à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville d'Estes Park et de tous les restaurants et magasins qu'elle propose.

This house is amazing!!! This host knows how to welcome their guests with a welcome basket to a binder of local information. The home is beautiful - spacious rooms, great views, all items that you need for your stay, very clean! Thank you for making our Estes Park vacation wonderful!!! We had a lovely stay. House is beautiful. Host was prompt with communication. Some construction around the area made things a little congested but that won’t last too much longer. We even had sightings of a BIG bear one night!!!!

Beautiful property with massive boulders to the side and back of home. The a/c unit didn't cool the home the way us Tennesseans are used to having homes cooled in June but the breeze was great when the a/c was turned off and the windows open. The only issue was the only road work in the neighborhood which I realize the owners have no control over. We had to turn around more than once when leaving the home and coming back daily.

Our stay at this house was fantastic. The house is larger than we expected and was perfect for our travel party (4 adults and 3 kids). It’s located close to everything (downtown, RMNP, etc.). We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home close to downtown Estes

We loved our stay at Serenity Pines. It’s a newer home in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from downtown Estes. The house is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace and large TV. The master bed was very comfortable with a very spacious bath & shower. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful property

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the the quiet secluded area to the fast WiFi which my children appreciated. I was thankful to be able to use the garage space for parking. Property management was available if needed and the views from the house were amazing. We were able to see lots of wildlife right out the windows!

Soooo nice!!!

In town for family wedding the home exceeded our expectations. Great design and layout views were amazing! Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. If you want to see Elk they’ll walk right in front of the house and are always at the neighborhood entrance. Wish we had more time loved the home it was perfect to spread out and watch the sunrise come up over the mountains.

This house was beautiful! We had 7 girls in our group and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The kitchen was modern, spacious, and fully equipped — perfect for cooking together. The wooded setting around the house is peaceful and great for spotting wildlife (we didn’t see any right at the house, but did just a few houses down). The pictures really don’t do this home justice.While it’s only about a mile from downtown Estes, I wouldn’t call it walkable since some stretches of the road don’t have sidewalks. That said, it’s just a quick drive to anywhere in town.The only small downside was the AC — it seemed locked at 77, and we couldn’t get it to go lower, so it felt a bit warm inside (could have been user error).Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider Serenity Pines again for a future girls’ trip!

Our family loved this property! It was very spacious, very clean, had comfy beds, great showers, everything we needed in the kitchen, and amazing views all around the house. We felt tucked away in the mountains surrounded by beautiful landscape. It’s a short drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park Beaver Meadows Entrance, so very convenient to getting to the park early. It’s a 5 min drive to the Safeway and downtown area. Highly recommend this property!

The trash was left inside the house and in the garage by previous people. Incredibly stinky and not welcoming. Other than that glitch at the beginning a lovely stay. The master bedroom has its own bath. Everyone else in the house must use the downstairs bathroom . . .
