Stylish , contemporary furnished , spacious town home in upscale , gated community with guard house. Beautiful park like sorroundings with Tennis courts , BBQ area , well equipped Gym and heated Pool . A 2 car garage provides easy entry into the townhome. The Master bedroom has a King bed , attached Master Bath with whirlpool bathtub and a walk in closet . A patio door from the Master Bedrooom provides access to a large balcony . The balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. The second Bedroom has a Queen bed and a separate Bath . A third room can either be used as office with a 2 writing desks or as a bedroom with a sleeper couch . Full equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher , toaster , blender and all utensils necessary to cook a chef’s meal. Washer and Dryer in the separate utility room besides the living room. Hardwood floors with high ceilings and a small bar in the living area invite for comfortable and relaxing lounging. 2TV ‘s and private Wifi provided. Great property and great location. Owners were terrific. Responded quickly to the very few issues that we had and were very helpful in getting us checked in.Really enjoyed our stay and the property. Would go back.

The name says it all, Villa resort

A truly lovely place to stay. The property is quiet, clean and well cared for. The pool was fantastic, a great way to end the day, relaxing in the pool. The condo is close to everything you need. The owners, Gary and Renee were easy to get a hold of prior to our stay and during our check-in and checkout. We never needed them during our stay. I look forward to staying here again.
