Originally from the Midwest, I purchased this home as a second residence for the winter months.
Although I have enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry as both a Business Analyst and a consultant, it has been my life's ambition to one day own a quaint, upscale bed & breakfast on a tropical island where I can maintain a sizable organic garden and serve only the healthiest of fare to my guests.
This vacation rental, my 8 year old Midwest organic garden and my burgeoning catering business are my stepping stones to making that dream a reality and I thank you for the part you may play in helping me in that endeavor.

I became familiar with the Henderson area because a close relative owned a home less than a mile from my residence. I had occasion to spend time there, got familiar with the surroundings and fell in love with the people, the wealth of amenities and weather.
I love the coziness, yet entertainment-conducive layout of the floor plan. It is a single story residence which I couldn't fully appreciate until AFTER returning to my Midwest two story home!
Life, lugging groceries and entertaining are all so much easier in a one story home!
Initially I fell so in love with the home that I decided I wouldn't rent it, however, I grew to feel it would almost be a disservice to not share this gem with others in search of fun, comfort, a retreat from harsh weather or just needing a change of pace, now that I get to spend even less time in Henderson.
I want others to enjoy the splendor of Southwest living and invite you to partake of my hospitality!

This home is located in a highly coveted, quiet, well-maintained bedroom community.
The property owners are vigilant about keeping their properties in good repair and maintaining a safe, clean neighborhood for their families and neighbors, alike.
Sadly, such a community 'feel' is a rare find nowadays and so I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the home. Not two weeks after having purchased it did I find a note left on my door from a prospective buyer wanting to purchase it!
You are truly in for a treat, if you opt to stay at the Jewel of Green Valley! She won't disappoint!
