Great place

Really nice condo in beatefull gated community. Enjoyed ocean view and sun set every day. Very easy check in/check out process. Higly reccomed this place and defenatly will stay there again.

Gorgeous view !

We stayed here March29-April 5 and had a fantastic week ! This condo was wonderful ! We found it very clean and comfortable. The view of Tigertail beach from the large balcony was amazing , a great way to start the day. The owner was very informative and check in was easy .

Fall getaway

Great stay. Beautiful view from this super clean property in a gated community. A bit of a hike to this Tiger Tail beach community. Lovely pool.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was easy to navigate. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable as well. They also supplied all the beach equipment needed. We of course have our own but it was nice to have a few extra things. we’d love to stay again!

Great place

We had a great time. Place was safe and clean. We enjoyed it a lot! A little bit of a hike to get out to the beach. But the beach was awsome.

Great vacation!

The condo was just as pictured and described. Frank was very communicative and everything was smooth. We had a great vacation! We would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great!!The only problem was condo needs more towels and wash cloths. besides that everything was clean and had a great view from all rooms/

You should have told me. My cleaner needs to leave more of these out. I have many more in the owners locked cabinet I will speak to her about this over sight.

Great views and very comfortable

Our family of 4 had a great stay in the condo in February. The long views of Tigertail beach are priceless from this unit. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Frank was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thank you for everything!

Great location for Beach, Pool, Lagoon, Downtown

We love staying at the South Seas, and this location (Tower 4) is our fav. Looking over the Lagoon (and the ocean) is full of birdlife, sunsets, and even rainbows. Spacious condo with comfy furniture and huge balcony. Working with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. Will stay here again!

I loved the unique and picturesque view of Tigertail Beach, as well as the beautiful amenities, such as the grounds next to Tigertail Beach and the large, heated pool. The fitness center is also modern and well equipped, and we also appreciated the easy parking and/or walk to great dining options. This condo is spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with lots of fun treasures to enhance our trips to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and location!

Great location needs some updates

Everything was perfect. The only thing that the place needs is new softer beds. The beds are old and the bedding is older.

Nice Oasis

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit in Tower 4. Wonderful stay!! Amazing sunset views from the 14th floor. Would definitely stay again. Frank was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. The walk to the beach is a haul so be prepared. We did this one time and then drove a mile south to one of the public beach access points. The pool was very large and heated - nice!!The tennis and pickleball courts are an added bonus!

Great condo with amazing views

This condo is in a great part of the complex, convenient off the elevator, views of the sunset ( in the spring) and the ocean goes for miles. Unit could use some updated furnishings and paint. They were all in good condition just dated style and color. Definitely would stay again! Thanks Frank

Wonderful anniversary trip

Beautiful area and spectacular sunsets. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the beach, but we knew that ahead of time. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler were greatly appreciated since we flew and couldn't bring our own. Beach towels were even included. Condo was clean. Could have used a few more cooking items, but we managed. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely return in the future.

This property is mainly for the beautiful view of The Tigertail and amazing sunsets. Well worth the stay! We love the walk to the beach even though it is a little bit of a walk. Great exercise and the beach is fantastic!Our host was very quick to respond to all my text questions. Condo is nicely updated in some areas and the Masterbedroom has a comfortable King size bed. I like the tile flooring because it is easy to clean up sand and there is no grubby carpet. However there is only a swiffer dust mop to keep sand off floor and no dust pan or any thing to remove the swept up sand.Kitchen could use some updated and larger fry pans. the non stick pans are pretty tired. We spend a lot of time out on the Lanai and the furniture could use some updating. All in all, I would recommend this unit for the view alone!!
