My family of 4 enjoyed this property. The views were beautiful and the beach was amazing, the beach cart with everything you need was very helpful for the walk and set up. Everything was clean and comfortable and felt safe.

The owners were easy and timely to communicate with. The unit was clean, bright, and accurately had everything the listing showed. Best view of the Gulf, easy to get around the property, to the pool, and to the Gulf beaches. Great location for walking either to more activity (towards Cape Marco) or private beaches (towards Tiger Tail). Personnel at the condo building were excellent, especially David in the office. Parking was excellent and many spaces available.

Excellent Condo! Clean and neat with great amenities! View is spectacular! Host was accommodating and easy to interact with. Check in instructions were easy to follow and execute. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay!

Marco get away

We absolutely loved our stay, loved looking at the fish jumping in the lagoon, the pool was so nice for those hot afternoons, and the condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is well furnished and in a beautiful building. Spectacular sunsets were seen from the balcony every evening of our week’s stay. This is a great accommodation that you will truly like.

Same as description on site. Very comfortable condo with an amazing view. The BEST shower pressure we’ve ever experienced. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location and home like feel!

All the comforts of home, and a great location to do what you love most! We also felt very safe in the complex, and enjoyed being accessible to nearly everything! Anything you could ever want in the condo was available, which was so convenient! Had some struggles with the door, but we figured out some tricks :) Overall, incredibly pleasant!

A fabulous stay in a great location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this beautiful condo! It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was super responsive to any questions we had throughout booking and arrival. The pool was beautiful, and the building itself was nice and quiet. We found everyone at South Seas (both guests and staff) to be friendly and helpful. The location was great and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!

very satisfied

Condo was very nice with recent upgrades. Kitchen and baths were well stocked with necessary items. We could watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Pool was heated with plenty of lounges and chairs.

Marco Getaway

Location is centrally located on Marco & easy access to walk for breakfast or down to beach. Location is right near Tigertail beach which is great for shelling or walks. Pool and fitness rooms were really good. Condo was clean, nicely furnished. Arloa was attentive if any qs arose. Sunset views were terrific from balcony. Would definitely stay in this place again!
