In a unique and quiet location, luxury residence with stunning views of the sea !!!
T3 and conditioning of 82 m2, located on the 2nd and last floor directly accessible ground floor
with an open terrace of 35 m2 with panoramic sea view not overlooked, it has to relax for 4 chairs at your disposal, a large table seats 6/8, a plancha on cupboard with serving.
The atmosphere of this terrace will seduce you during the day but also at night with its calm and its changing colors.
1 place numbered parking lot just outside the entrance of the building.
 2 bedrooms with air conditioning with large closets and sliding the front 1 bedroom has a 160x200 bed with pillow-top mattresses, the 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed with mattress pullman imperial Tréca.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement : il est décoré avec goût, tout est bien pensé, rien ne manque. La grande terrasse est géniale avec une vue imprenable sur l'Ile Rousse. Tout était parfait (propreté irréprochable, petites attentions et conseils, documentation pour visiter cette charmante région....) Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons cette location pour des vacances réussies et reposantes
