Stor familj strand hus mitt i Sea Isle stadsdel. Huset är på 2 delar helt inhägnad och hundvänlig. Vårt hus sover bekvämt 6 vuxna i 2 queen size Crate Barrel sängar på övervåningen och 1 dubbelsäng säng nere. Få bra vila här! Det finns också enkelsängar våningssängar och en liten barns storlek futon nere. Vänligen se bilder. WiFi, ATT-tv på övervåningen, DVD-spelare, bra ljudbalk för filmer, massor av pussel och spel och 3 kajaker (använd vår flytväst). Stort däck med möbler och gasgrill. Nytt kök stor social bar och stort matbord. Samtida stil. Stranden ligger 2 kvarter bort med en privat parkeringsplats för endast Sea Isle boende. Marina och restaurang / bar, barnpark och full domstol basket, tennisbana och grannskap pool (öppen Memorial Day-Labor Day) ligger alla inom ett par korta promenadblock i huset. Det finns också en privat brygga som sträcker sig ut i bukten för boende bara. Ja du kan höra stranden! Detta hus är underhållet och möblerat bättre än de flesta andra hyrshus, eftersom det också är vår roliga plats. Kom en gång och du kommer tillbaka igen och igen. Vi accepterar endast små grupper som bor hos huset med sällsynt undantag. Absolut inga öppna inbjudningsfester eller mer än de överenskomna betalda invånarna kommer att tillåtas. En detaljerad beskrivning av ditt husdjur krävs och kan påverka uthyrning av denna egendom.

Plus - lots of parking, room for a boat, lots of games and good kitchen with table to play games, really clean beach with short drive, good communication with host. Negative - Up stairs bathroom cannot be reached without going through with one of the two bedrooms. Downstairs bunk bed requires going through the other bedroom to get to the downstairs bathroom. Overall condition of house outside was not as good as we expected (pealing paint). Safety - A motion light is definitely needed to go up and down the dark stairs at night. Falling hazard.

House was very clean. Only issue was that the the 2 levels are not connected inside - they are essentially separate units and the access is only by going outside which was a bit cumbersome

With in a walk to the beach. Very quit neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. The vibe of the house itself was awesome reminded me of my room in high-school with rock memorabilia all throughout the house.

The check-in was great, no problems. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but was missing a few important (in my opinion) items: like coffee cups, wine glasses. I think some plastic plates and cups would be great. We had four kids 8 and younger and they really liked to eat on the porch. Every time they went there, I was worried they were going to break something

My family of 10 stayed here while my we attended our daughter Fasa Nationals for softball. We enjoyed our staying here . My older kids enjoyed the bench while the younger ones enjoyed the pool more .

Home away from Home - But beachier

This property has everything you need from towels to paper towels.You can’t be bored here and at tbe same time you can relax all you need. The house decor makes for a super fun game of “I spy”! Art work covers the inside walls with some classic musical anrtist and a TV in EVERY ROOM. Cleanliness gets 10 plus stars! Spacious yard and plenty of sun bathing spots or shade if you prefer. The kitchen is a chefs delight. Grocery stores close by and plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. The beach is a little walk or short drive away. The marina is .2 miles away, we walked and met the friendliest people alone the way. The entire community is welcoming and cheery. Check in and check out goes smooth because of the detailed information and instructions. House has terrific AC on top and bottom floors. And if you’re a workout / running junkie there is workout equipment and SO MANY running spaces! The host is super communicative. We will be back and hope to be able to book this place again. We loved the location, the beach house, and the community. My mom, son, and I had the best time and the most comfortable place to make memories!

My Stay at Rocking Wave

This is a house I would recommend to anyone that will be visiting Galveston. The house was clean, the yard is large and everything you need was supplied including toys!! The neighbors were friendly and started throwing footballs with my grandsons. I loved my stay !!

Peaceful weekend

The owner had the best communication I have ever experienced! The house was just as described and the neighborhood is close to beach access. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again

The home is warm and welcoming….it more than met our needs. It’s was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The evening breezes on the upper deck were relaxing and enjoyed every night. Beautiful Weekend Stay!

This was the perfect weekend getaway with family! The location, the amenities of the property and the cool theme styled interior made for a most excellent stay in Galveston. Andrew was prompt with communication and was very hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for another stay!

I grew up in Houston and went to West University Elementary, Lanier Middle, and Bellaire High School. I now live in College Station. This is my dream to own a beach house and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This house is more comfortable than most any other beach rental. I manage the house myself along with a local resident so I’m responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I concentrate on details of the house for myself not just for renting. You’ve been to rent houses before that the owner hasn’t been to in years so you know what I mean. This is not the Summer Rental movie. I’m constantly making upgrades and updates. I love my tenants that treat the house as their own and make deals to returning tenants.

Not directly on water so no worries about kids falling in but they can play in the huge yard and be at the beach or the bay or in minutes. Children’s playground a block away. Location in Sea Isle and 15-20 minutes to Galveston. Walking distance of 2 BLOCKS to beach, bay, marina restaurant, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Quiet and fabulous neighbors!
