This was a great spot for a sisters’ fall weekend, right size for the two of us, walkable to Main Street and along the river. Jerry Ann was a lovely host, even leaving home made cookies for us.

We were there celebrating our anniversary. The space is an apartment attached to the host's home. The unit is very private. The entrance is on the end of the building away from the host's and there's dedicated parking for the unit. There's 2 bedrooms. It's perfect for a couple. The efficiency kitchen had everything we needed. It's close to everything in Ketchum and a short bike ride to Sun Valley Lodge. Jerry Ann is a great host. We recommend this lodging for your visit to Ketchum.

The best rental host IMHO

Everything was perfect—Jerry Ann, the apartment, parking, easy walk to town (5-10 minutes), 3 minute drive to River Run base. Cannot write enough superlatives!

Great time in Sun Valley

Property was a great value. Easy walk into town for dinner. Hot tub was an added treat after skiing. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. No dishwasher. Walk to mountain would be an easy stroll in the summer, but more than we were up to with all our gear so we took advantage of the free parking at the resort.

Comfortable, clean and close to ski hill

Really enjoyed the property. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Jerry Ann and John were great, gracious hosts. Loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect place!

The property was clean and super cute. The property owner was so nice and even left us cookies. Even though it was a super short walk to town, at night, it was so quiet and peaceful. We stayed here last year, and I anticipate we will stay again next year!

All you need

The apt had everything we needed including homemade cookies and beach chairs which we used for star gazing. It was so nice to make our breakfasts and the occasional dinner with groceries from a local market in the Fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect for short stay

The location was great for biking or driving a short distance to Sun Valley resort. Close to everything in Ketchum, but on a quiet and peaceful street. My two small complaints was there’s no laundry facility onsite (have to go to a laundromat in town) and no dishwasher. In general, it worked pretty well for two friends on vacation but we couldn’t both fit in the kitchen at once so cooking together wasn’t really an option.

Sun Valley Visit

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Ketchum, and the location of this apartment was perfect for exploring town and the greenway on bikes and on foot! We enjoyed coffee on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub and hammocks. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!

Perfect location

The location is perfect easy 1/2 mi walk to the gondola and in to town. Very close to the bike path. House is comfortable, immaculate. Hosts are wonderful, very friendly and helpful

Quiet street and close to mountain

Quiet location and good space. The kitchen had everything and more! Owners were very nice and even made yummy cookies. My arrival was late and they left the lights on for me in the bedrooms amd entryway which was much appreciated at night.

A wonderful stay

We were visiting Ketchum in order to explore the Wood River Valley on our bikes. The owners gave us excellent verbal directions and made trail maps available for our rides. The accommodations were ideal for a short stay.

Perfect Sun Valley location

3 night ski vacation. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood easy walk into town for restaurants. Apartment well furnished, comfortable and spotless. Hot tub was fantastic. Host was a gem. We will stay here again

Great home walking distance from lifts

Couldn’t ask for a better location, 10 minute walk from Sun Valley lifts/gondola. The hot tub was incredible after a long day. Jerry Ann and her husband were also super friendly and great hosts.

Great place to stay in Ketchum!

The apartment is a great place to stay for skiing at Sun Valley. It is a little far for us to walk to the ski hill but the parking there is super easy so that was not an issue. It was clean, well equipped, and we enjoyed our stay. The property owners were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, cozy, and great location

My family loves this cozy two bedroom in a quiet location close to the river run base area. The hosts are helpful and very friendly. We enjoy the hot tub and listening to the birds. Very close to downtown. We recommend!

Location location

The location of this rental is perfect for skiing at Sun Valley and eating down town as well as enjoying the rental to submerge sore muscles in the hot tub and enjoy a movie! Perfect for the 3 of us

We have lived in Ketchum for more than 50 years. We are avid cyclists and skiers and raised our kids in Ketchum. Beyond our primary occupations, we owned ski shop in town in the 80's and brought the first windsurfers to Ketchum in the 70's.

We have always had this little apartment, which sleeps a maximum of four has been a convenience for our friends and relatives; (and now, our own grown kids who bring their own families to town.) We like having visitors and know that you too will enjoy your stay.
