Beautiful home near the Grafton Inn, where weekend wedding festivities were held. Yes, it's a walkable three minutes to the Inn, but with no sidewalks or street lights, the elders in our group needed to drive the short distance. The home is very well-equipped and the grounds are lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and only wished we had more time to enjoy The Kellstone Home!
Perfectly located beautiful house. Wonderful for a family getaway to Grafton Vermont. We loved the hominess of the place. Very well start with everything you might need and more. Host was very quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace amongst the fall leaves. Indoor fireplace was perfect at night. Everything right down to the fresh smell of the sheet was just as we had hoped.
We loved hosting Alice and family. Very considerate and communicative before , during, and after her stay. We'd welcome her back anytime and recommend her (highly) to other hosts.
First of all, Vanessa was so quick to respond to my inquiry, and very pleasant and kind in all communications. The property was very well lit on the outside, including security lights and landscape lighting to help see since we arrived later in the day. The house was exceptionally clean, and the little extras that were set out were very kind and thoughtful. I would definitely request to stay here again if ever traveling through in the future. A experience!
I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house is beautiful and the town of Grafton is super cute. The hosts were amazing - they were super easy to communicate with, provided wonderful recommendations and even welcomed our group with yummy goodies from VT. Thank you!
The town is absolutely adorable, quintessential Vermont. The Grafton Inn, walking distance, is a must do. We skied twice, Bromley & Magic Mtn, both short drives (< 30 min) from Grafton.
My family was in Grafton for a family wedding. The property provided the needed number of bedrooms and bathrooms to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this property.
Our family (myself, wife, three kids and my in-laws) all stayed here for almost a week and loved it. The location within Grafton is perfect - it's a quick walk to downtown but on a relatively quiet road. You can tell that a lot of thought has been put into making it a great place for families to stay. We especially appreciated having baby items (high chair, crib, etc.) in the house. It made traveling a lot easier for us.
The house was a little warm at times which wasn't ideal but tolerable (and the host told me that more A/C units were to be installed the week we left).
All in all, we highly recommend this place!
Fantastic location and a beautiful home. Every aspect of our family's stay here was top notch! We will definitely consider staying again in the future!

Great weekend get away
We attended a wedding at the Grafton Inn and really enjoyed our stay at the house. We had four adults and one infant in the house and it was a great house to enjoy nice walks into town or views of the river from the open living area.
Vanessa was very responsive before and during our stay which was very appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!

Great House in a Great Little Town!!
My brothers and I head up to Vermont every year for a weekend getaway, and this year we decided on Grafton. Small little town with all the essentials for a winter weekend getaway!
The house was great! Walking distance to pretty much everything in town and a short drive to the bigger mountains. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Fully renovated so nice and clean as well. The hosts, Vanessa and Rob, were amazing! Great contact from day one and very helpful with pointers on the local things to do and see. If we head back to Grafton this house will definitely be on top of our list of places to stay!
